Person that took my order at the counter was friendly and polite. Double checked my order to make sure I got everything that I purchased. Asked if I needed any condiments, and wished me a good day. So that was quite nice to hear these days.
First of all this review is not about the food. IT WAS BURGER KING IT TASTE LIKE BURGER KING - everything was hot and fresh. Now I am leaving a review because the drive thru employees were on it today!! So much so they were even able to engage with my 2yr old who had all the “thank yous” for them. Your customer service is appreciative. Stay great!!
Worse place ever. Food is disgusting and so is the attitudes with the people there. I catch an attitude because I asked for my fish sandwich fresh out of the fryer. I told her I didn't want the food I just want my money back so a manager had to come. I told her about what happened and she apologized about how the generation is nowadays. Got my money back and left. Next time I came there the same girl was working the onion ring thing. I watched her sit there and pick out all the little tiny scraps in the bottom and fill my onion ring cup up halfway with little burnt pieces from the bottom of the container. Now today I go there and it feels like I'm going to die from the chicken sandwich they fed me. Don't go there! Just don't!
We order pay at the window and told please pull up front were timed. Is not being timed because you take to long only to have to go in myself
To get our food, cold tater tots sandwich was hot. But after waiting almost 10 min not acceptable. Time for some new management. Thought the owners might want to know what there doing. Wonder why BKS are shutting down.
Looked run down . Shake machine was down . Worker said ac was broken in back of kitchen. Ordered a coke . No ice at machine. They got me ice then coke was un drinkable. And to top if off the hamburger bun was hard.
Wife is pissed off at me so didn’t make my lunch. Went to Burger King 2 days for lunch. Have to say this BK at 19 & Hudson is awesome, both meals fresh a delicious!
All 5 stars the staff and the manager are absolutely amazing the food came fast and was hot
The manager likes to close the lobby hours before their sign states it’s open until. Sign says they are open until 10pm yet the doors are locked at 8. Do you know how much money she is losing your company? So her laziness and insubordination is costing you customers and money. I think she should
Be fired!
