Stopped to grab lunch before heading home today pulled up gave my order per usual and was asked to pull around once I got to the window I paid was given my drink And like always asked to pull forward, now if I had a large order I could understand but I did not ask for anything complicated just a simple sandwich that shouldn't have taken more than a couple minutes there was one car behind me that was pulling up once I pulled forward, I asked the clerk working the window why I needed to pull forward for such a small order and they informed me " because there was a timer and so we keep the cars going so we don't get in trouble" I let her know that that was cheating the system but pulled forward regardless of how silly it seemed. Several minutes passed and the two people behind me pulled out before one younger gentleman brought out an order of several burgers which was not my order I explained this to him He smirked at me and proceeded to walk back in I sat there for another 15 minutes watching several more cars order and leave with their food before just saying screw it and left myself so I paid for food that I never received.
It has been a while since I have visited Burger kind. They did not disappoint. The employees were amazing and the food was cooked to perfection.

Got served some nice cold soggy fries and a cold cheeseburger from the rack today. Workers standing around and have it made out so they don’t have to make it fresh or something idk but why ask for fresh food if they are willing to serve it cold to you. Your hot racks don’t keep food hot in a package and spending 20 bucks on cold food is trash service for that you get 1 star across the board
Very clean! Very quick, and food was amazing, as well as, the customer service.
This place is terrible. My son had been sick and got to feeling better and wanting something to eat. He wanted 2 plain cheeseburgers. The outside wrapper had all the ingredients marked through to indicate plain. When on got them home they had ketchup and mustard on top of the bun. I worked in food in my teen years and I am always courteous to the workers. To make matters worse I told the cashier thank you multiple times at the window,after giving payment, then again after getting my card back. The cashier just stared blankly with no response. No nod, or anything. I suggest avoiding this restaurant at all cost. I think they have some very methed up workers.
Don't go at night. The people there are dumb and rude. They didn't get our order right after telling them 5 times. Avoid at all possible
