This Burger King is well run with fast and friendly service.
There's ample seating and the building and seating area is handicap accessible/friendly.
There aren't too many vegan or vegetarian options on the menu but there are some available - including the Impossible Whopper
The drive thru lane seems to get backed up pretty easily so I recommend the BK app whenever possible. With the app, they have a loyalty and rewards program to earn points with every purchase and regular discount offers like $3 Whopper Wednesdays
Fountain soda machines have a few options for flavors.
I would say this BK meets any expectations that most people would have for a fast food restaurant.
I ordered a double cheese burger and a chocolate shake. The burger was just ok and very small! The shake was not stirred properly. I told one of the workers and a different worker stirred it but it still was not stirred well at all!
They don't care, are very slow, and the customers were standing around shaking their heads in disgust at the horrible service they were given!
I haven't been there in a long time because of the horrible service and will NOT go back!!!
It is the ONLY fast food drive up with ONION RINGS -- but recently they come out GUMMY, like they've been sitting around soaking up the oil from the fryer.
Wyomissing location 2-times in a row; SO, thought I would try the Muhlenburg location but these were the same greasy texture and barely warm.
✓ guess when I want onions I will have to go to a REAL restaurant that serves what they call a *BLOOMING ONION* ✓
Definitely will NOT order them here anymore and the price if their Veggie Burger is too expensive.
I ordered a bacan, cheese, and egg biscuit on the app just after 9:00. I got there at about 9:15. The egg was undercooked, and the biscuit was overcooked. It was far below the usual high standards I have come to expect from Burger King. I'm not sure I will go back to this exact location.
Most stingy and greedy self owned franchise . If you mess up my order and I drink my drink on the way you would think you get some type of compensation. The food is never right and the vegetables are never fresh!!! For the most part the lady’s are very nice inside some give adduitude but I would too working at Burger King. Called the owner he had the nerve to tell me to take the messed up items out of the garbage lol I mean u understand ppl do things to get free food but i rarely try n eat out and this reminds me why i never will go back to this location again!!! Save yourself some time and frustration!!!!
Didn’t give me my drink said I didn’t have one when I did , not sure if it was busy but he’s not a good cashier
This BK is horrible, service is super slow. If you go through the drive thru I would advise you go the the Sheetz next store to grab a snack to hold you over while you wait. Don't worry if you forget to go you will have plenty of time to get out of your car and run over while you wait.
No good another dirty and ghetto fast food restaurant they just there to make the 8h and go home
