I ate best burgers in town from this place. The service was quick and of high quality. But a little bit expensive
Omg this is the friendliess BK I have ever been to. Not just a smiling thanks for your business, but actually friendly folks no matter when I go there both in store and drive thru. Service is as quick as possible. Never have to wait long. Food is always appropriate temp, and the new cotton candy cloud is scrumptious!! I know the size of the burger patties have shrunk, but that's on corporate bk, not the locals. However, they are just the right size for my shrinking diet, so I can't complain really
Food was cold and nasty/ old bad customers service. I wouldn't recommend going there. They must be under staff so if you want to make them better go work there. One of the workers kicked me out bc of fire hazard. I would do 1/2 star but it won't let me.
I got a bacon cheeseburger. Asked for no pickles saw there were pickles so I opened up the sandwich to take the pickles off and saw this. Another time I went through I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was MOLDY!!!!! Do not go here. There are plenty of good food places in staples such as subway and Dairy Queen. They may be a bit more expensive but better than paying for mold and stickers. Another time I went inside there was an employee named Jessie working. I ordered French fries and she put them in the bag accidentally spilled a few and then threw the bag of my fries on the floor like a child. Then started moving her mouth in a strange way. She then proceeded to grab me new fries and practically threw the bag at me. The employee to not shower, I have heard from a fellow employee that another employee dropped a patty in the sink proceeded to pick it up and put it on someone’s burger. #getstaplesbkshutdown #turnitintoatacobell
This is the worst breakfast I’ve had from any fast food the hashrowns tasted like they were made a week ago and just warmed up and the enormous burrito smelled sour like a dill pickle and the coffe was disgusting
On Tuesday 10/10 at 8:45am. I ordered a coffee. It was made hot, I asked for it to be iced. The women working, berated and yelled at me in a manic way about how I ordered it until I was sobbing; with no signs of stopping, until I said “Okay…Jesus…” I’m still not sure where the misunderstanding happened if it was anyone’s fault or just a misunderstanding. I just felt it was uncalled for to be spoke to like that.
Waited 30 minutes for our order on Saturday 4-29 and received a coupon for 4 free meals of our choice, was in town the next day for volleyball tournament as well so came back in at night. Manager April was rude and unwelcoming and made it seems as if we were in the wrong for wanting to use this coupon. She was also trash talking the previous employee from the day before saying how she doesn’t know how to do her job and shouldn’t be handing out coupons. Will not be back to this establishment again.
I have given this place 2 weeks to make this right and they have failed to do that. So on Saturday April 30 I picked my daughter up from work. She was hungry and decided on Burger King. We pulled into drive thru at 9:12 pm. After waiting 12 minutes We ordered 2 regular hamburgers, 2 big kings and a large fry. We finally get to the window and pay. Then told to pull up and wait. Long story short it was 10:15 when the finally brought food out only to find out that it was wrong. There were only 2 people working and at least 10 cars in line. I reached out, because I just want a refund for the wrong food. Total silence. It's a regular habit at this location to fill orders wrong. We will just skip it all together from now on.
