It started with the restaurant itself being closed despite the hours being open until 9pm (what is posted on their doors and windows). Then when placing the order in the drive through there was confusion from the employee and our order was not repeated back to us. After the wait for our food (which is understandable) we were missing 6 items from our order & were basically rushed to keep going and therefore we were not able to check the bags at the drive through as we normally do. After driving off I checked my bags and realized the missing items. Aside from that upon arriving home I noticed all the 5 meals I ordered came WRONG, we paid for the royal crispy chicken with bacon and Swiss and none of the meals came like that. I understand having issues with staffing but if a restaurant is not able to accommodate and take orders then close or communicate that with customers before ruining a Sunday family meal.
Drive thru is very rude, racist and unprofessional corporate must not know how these employees and the manager disrespects the brand and paying patrons. I've yet to have had a positive experience at this location it would be comforting to know if the regional managers could value the opinions of the customers and hire a brand new staff that enjoys their job and know how to appreciate the customers in the community
Don’t waste your time. Took forever to get an order of 10 chicken nuggets and fries. After paying they INSISTED we back up behind the red post. We backed up then they asked us to back up more. After finally getting our food we asked why did we have to back up and they said “because we’re preparing your order...” Worst decision to stop.
These employees do t answer their drive at night. Their hours of operation are on the window, but they refuse to service customers. I couldn't order due to the employees not answering their drive thru
6/9/23 woman in drive thru has red hair. My order bacon king no cheese large, tap water and medium onion ring. You gave no receipt so I think yall regularly do this.
Food was completely cold to the touch. I had to call 2 times to tell you I'm coming back for the order to be cooked. I get there you all pretend to remake the order but it's the same food not even that much warmer.

I went in to get the special that was on a coupon I had the young lady was real friendly and took with smile even though she was doing drive thru got my order in less in two minutes and the food was hot and good when I got home and I caught the bus . Thanks to her quick service I didn't miss my bus ????????????
Just left this location at 2:50pm on July 5, 2021. The drive through crew worker and manager should not be employed at this location. They’re rude unprofessional and refused to accept mobile offer, refused to ensure the meal was fresh and refused to add two slushes onto the order to be paid. The crew worker and manager denied order. Just unprofessional and showed lack of customer service. Never again will I eat at this location.
Every time I order from them they never give me what I ask for as far as the sauces I ask for this last time I made it all the way home on the bus with the wrong food very upset never ever will I go there again
