Was at the drive thru today at around 6:15 pm or so and the lady taking orders was very rude! My wife got to the window to pay and was getting the card from her purse and the impatient girl thrust the drink at my wife very forcefully and rudely saying HERE!! my wife was surprised but said nothing and took the drink, then the lady at the window left and then a man took over who had an outstanding personality and great customer service. He gave us the rest of our order (2 Junior Whoppers) He said thanks and have a good one. To the woman who was at the window first, go learn some customer Service skills! Nobody wants to spend their hard earned money and be treated bad at the same time!
One of the last unrenovated Burger Kings in the Chicago area. Not only hasn't it been updated in decades, but it seems like it hasn't been cleaned in decades either. One of the only places I've been to where your shoes start sticking to the floor almost immediately when you step inside. The garbage bins were filled to the top with garbage as well. Tables & chairs were not only beat up from decades of use, but covered in gunk. The place was completely dead when I came through aside from a family that came in just before me. They sat down for a few minutes after getting their food & started eating. I looked away for a minutes to check my order & when I looked up they had disappeared. They must've ran out of there because there's no way they ate that fast... especially with kids!
I was pretty much the only other customer in there & they got my order wrong. Ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich...instead they gave me a bacon & swiss royal crispy chicken sandwich. Since I didn't want to wait much longer in there I just left. At least the staff is nice. If you're looking for a "vintage" Burger King similar to the McDonald's museum (albeit this is more 90s/early 2000s than 50s like the McDonald's Museum) then this is the place for you. Although I wouldn't be proud to call this "vintage" since it seems moreso like the owner refusing to put money into updating the place which is kind of obvious when you see the condition of it. If the owner cared about keeping it vintage then it would at least be clean.
Bacon Burger was great , fries hot and delicious the Man and Women that served us were so Polite and they loved there Job.
Burger King for me is a childhood comfort food. Lol I love Burger King although they can mess it up pretty bad. Like cold or under cooked fries. Or mess up your order. But normally I enjoy eating a good ol Burger from Burger King ????
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE EVERY TIME! The manager needs to vet their staff especially the guy that works at night. Every time I try, I’m reminded of why YOU WILL NOT GET MY SERVICE! It’s very sad that this establishment which has been here since I was a baby getting Burger King crowns has turned into a place I despise because of your rude staff. Fire the current night workers and find new people who respect your companies values. Do better!
This has to be the worst BK in the area. Ordered a whopper meal w cheese with onion rings and mozzarella sticks.
Got: whopper no cheese, mozzarella sticks no marinara and fries.
On Google, the store shows that they're open till midnight on their store window It says they're open till 11 pm ( mind you i show up at 1030pm), so I place a order online and they apparently decide to just leave early, so now I have to cancel my order and wait 5-10 business days to get a refund. This location is the absolute worst, employees have a attitude all the time and they leave early more then once, would never go to this location ever again... unless you want absolute trash service.
Store was closed before midnight google hours should updated if accurate. When coming to order the workers want to say “you order the whole menu” because nothing is available.
