Have gotten whoppers here before and they didn't look like this. We used a coupon and this is what we got. Really disappointing when you're expecting better.
Won’t ever eat here again. When the management is outside “smoking” with the employees, it makes you wonder what’s going into your food. The catsup dispenser is full of water. The drink station is sticky, everyone is in their phones. The place is just trash now. Friends of the employees were hanging out being loud yelling from the counter into the kitchen. Don’t eat here.
The ketchup machine had super runny ketchup and when shown to the employee, they said they didn't know what was wrong with it. Looks like someone had a ketchup fight by the machine and all over the floor. I seen a senior citizen who was in there to eat, cleaning up busted ketchup packets off the floor!

Got the new chicken sandwich was fresh hot and kinda like the new chicken sandwich at McDonald's but has sauce with pickle... Give 3 because it's way more breading then chicken. Nice flavor
Wont stop here ever again. Waited in the drive thru at the speaker for a couple minutes. Nobody answered and the screen was blank so I pulled up to the window and they were very rude about that. Food was terrible. Burger tasted awful. Fries were disgusting.
Thursday night dinner mistake! Did a online order. Pulled up to the speaker. The lady running the drive-thru had zero customer service skills or just manners. It's speaks a lot of who hires these people in the first place. Clearly the hiring person was lacking skills too. But the lady working the drive-thru never said hi, thank you, etc. These low life people they hire need to realize the customer is the one keeping you in your job you hate so much. No customers equals a closed down business. So no customer service skills or manners. Food was trash and slopped together like how they do it at their own home. Businesses really need to screen workers. I've been to nice burger kings and I was shocked because most just hire anyone off the street and don't care. They definitely they need improvement!
Waited at the counter for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged! The girl in the drive thru seen me, this is at 6pm on a Saturday still no response, horrible! Seems like Burger King is becoming a memory as they continue to go down in value and service!
Be sure to order the Apple Pie, it is the BEST!!! Hope they never change it.
White Castle has better coffee.
I saw some Pokemon nesting near the drive thru, so be alert.
