I usually love Burger King!! However in this particular occasion I was somewhat disappointed. I ordered a vanilla milkshake that was closer to a cup of milk!!! Very disappointed
Had to change my review from outstanding to I will not be back!

I go here often never have I ever had any issues.
Tonight is the exception.
Placed my order drive to the window for pick up I'm handed a small coke, ok, no problem sorry I ordered a med. Meal. They give me the medium, then I'm handed my food. Great. I'm sorry I need my med. Ice tea. I was told I didn't order one. mind you I ordered 2 meals. I show the obviously new employee my receipt so he gives me my tea long story short the manager on duty needs retraining and also needs to learn how to speak to people she obviously had new people working the drive thru that had no clue how to read the orders. She was very rude and I probably will not be back. Very unfortunate as I drive out of my way to go to this location. The people here are usually very nice and courteous. I've never seen her before and hope to never encounter her again!!!!

I work at Burger King, not this one, thankfully!! So I walk in cause I want all my stuff fresh off The broiler, off the fryer, I'm willing to wait, I was polite, I told them thank you dozen times, I told them I work at Burger King too, not trying to make your job hard, real nice as could be you know bring it home completely messed up everything????????????????????????????
So I call, takes almost 15 minutes for someone to answer, and they say "Can u bring it ALL back and we'll make it fresh?" Ummmm..... Isn't that what I asked for in the first place and waited patiently, made sure I ordered everything perfect, only to do it twice??!!!!???!!????????????????????WTF
They won't credit me, have to "Get Back To Me".... I'm not holding my breath!!! In fact even when they made my daughter's milkshake, asked for 'No Whipped topping and flat lid, please and thank you' what I get? Yup u guessed it, the exact opposite! And the young girl( no name tage, about 16-18yrs old) looks dumbfoundead at me and looks down at my receipt sighs and wants me to take that shake anyhow she doesn't want to have to make a new one!! R u kidding me??? Like WOW!!!! ???????? U making new one like I ordered....... Needless to say even the sandwiches look horrible!!! I am embarrassed to say I work for Burger King at this moment but thankfully mine would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER do or act like those employees ????????????
Ordered a 12 piece chicken fry meal, got home and there were only 8 chicken fries. Very disappointing.
Very chaotic for the amount of customers there they forgot one of my burgers and the fries were encrusted with salt had to throw them away
Always good food and service. Love the double cheeseburger.
Waited at DT speaker for over 5 minutes before anyone asked for our order. At least acknowledge customer and say you'll be with them soon.
One sandwich was incorrect and the medium fries had between 8 and 14 fries in them. I'd hate to see a small fry! Worst $34.83 I've spent!
Went thru the drive thru. It took forever to get to the order screen. I ordered my food for 2 people.
Every single time I go here, the food inside the bag is ALWAYS CORRECT! They always get my order right!!!
If I ask for ketchup, I get ketchup. If I ask for salt and pepper, it too is in the bag. ????
I am absolutely surprised that they get the order correct! No other drive thru can!????
The employees are friendly and always have smiles on their faces.☺
The cost is a lot less than there competitors.
I think their menu has a lot to choose from.
