Just the worst. They will give you old food. They pull you to a parking spot even tho no one is in the drive, though. It always looks closed because no one comes here.
Peoples are rude, the place is dirty, food os disgusting. Even the drinks are in ambient temperature. Machine doesn’t even have ice. And do not have drinks options. almost everything is out of order. Including menu items either. Went to drive thru and waited for 15 minutes . NO ONE HELPED, then inside only 2 people’s working, with total of 0 costumers inside or outside. Disgusting place. I am pretty sure my food wasnt professionally done
They really do not ever disappoint me. And the fact that the food is literally always fresh and i go at random times.. I've been coming like 3 times a week because whoever is cooking is really good and the employees at the drive thru are always nice. Thank y'all for doing a good job
So when something is done right, I like to acknowledge the business. I went to this BK in destin. I didn't know if it was open because it was empty. I did the drive through ordered my food. The young man that took the order was proficient and courteous. I had to wait, but not long for my food. In my bag, he put several napkins. He put several things of ketchup. He automatically did that on his own without me having to ask him for them. He made my experience at your restaurant pleasant.. He is a good asset to your restaurant. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name. This was Friday, December 22, about 1 o'clock. I went to McDonald's down the road the other day, in the drive-thru and I didn't get any napkins. I didn't get any straws and it didn't get any ketchup. And that's even when I asked her for them. And then she was rude.
This is probably the worst Burger Kimg I've ever been too.... the food is actually not that bad when compared to the other burger kings I go to but for two months I've been told the shake machine is broken... and the people at the drive thru can only take one order at a time they get your order have you pay and tell you to pull up front regardless if there is anyone behind you or not. Only then will they take the next order in line... its beem like the ever since covid but this is the only Burger King that is still like this. There is no other customers ins9de or in the drive thru and it still takes 15 minute to get a double cheese burger and fries amd of course no shake cause there machine is still down... you would think I went to McDonald's
In 2 years I don’t think I’ve ever successfully placed an order in this Destin drive thru. “It’s always hold for a second” surprisingly they never come back and the place isn’t busy.
I will not be going back at all. I went through the drive through, and ordered a number 5. Thought it was a little weird that I wasn't asked what the drink was, just was told to go to the window. Waited 5-10 minutes before the drive through attendee asked if I ordered a number 4. She looked shocked when I told her no, I ordered a number 5 combo. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes near the door. I finally had to go in and get my food because because all of the attention went to the other drive through orders, and I was forgotten about. There are plenty of other fast food places with much better food, so no I will not be going back.
Just a regular place to eat, don’t expect too much, the food its good and the place is clean.
Just order the Halloween edition Wopper . ????
