I haven't eaten at burger King in a very long time, because most of them don't have employees who want to work or lack customer service, food not prepared correctly or over cooked. But today at this location it shows that if you lay down a blue print and all of the employees follow that blue print you get perfection every time. You guys are awesome, thank you!!
Dangerous driving situation at this Burger King due to the paving project currently in progress on June 14th, 2023. There is only one entrance, and it is currently being used for an entrance AND improperly used as an exit. The entrance is one way only. It is clearly marked as one way only. But the jokers in charge of the paving project have taped off the exit. Nobody is out there directing traffic. This could easily become a head on collision!
I guess Burger King and the Riverwalk Plaza Property Management think it's funny to have people either Drive in circles or drive into oncoming traffic. I'll be reporting them all to the Department of Transportation
So for now I’m leaving a review on my friends google account. Plan to become an employee. I will update my review once I’m hired on. I’m not expecting a whole lot from this place considering the reviews. We will see how it goes…. If its not as bad as i think then I’ll stick around. If its just as bad then I’ll review other restaurants near by. Wish me luck.
So here we go went through the drive lane order my food pay for it drove home open my burger wasn't the way I ordered it drove back went in side kindly explain what I ordered and it great service up until I received the second burger I opened that up right on the front counter laughed Shook my head and said yup still not right not sure if she is a Manger or not but she accepted the task of making my Apparently exstreamly difficult burger while I'm waiting for 3rd times a Charm lol the guy that made it the 1st and 2nd time if looks could kill I'm grown I don't have time for nonsense like that the lady hands me my freshly made burger now I didn't open it there because I know me and it wouldn't have benefited anyone especially me if I did and it was wrong so I drove home my son is staring in anticipation I open it up and wouldn't you know right back to burger number 1 so instead of driving back there and wasting my gas my time and my emotion level I decided to try to educate them this way that way everyone is safe and sound feelings and things don't get hurt. Are you ready for the exstreamly difficult burger I ordered that was just so impossible to make. A whooper with cheese Mayonnaise onions tomato all standard on a whooper here it comes heavy Pickle heavy ketchup. Now I'm not sure who ever is going to read this weather or not you personally have worked in the fast food industry I have second job when I was a very young teenager anyways what I ordered was not complex at all it wasn't and I gave them my time and the opportunity to correct the mistake but sadly 3 times your out I'm done there isn't any excuse for that. So good luck to anyone that does enjoy burger king you may want to think twice before going to the location on us1 and Roseland not opinion just the facts. Me personally I do enjoy burger King but I will personally try my luck at a different location. For the burger King crew that was there 3 individuals in specific do better it's not hard. All I'm saying is if you didn't understand me the 1st time nor the second time maybe just you should've gotten a full understanding of what I ordered Proper communication and understanding is key to everything. Take care Google family.
These people always seem to have an attitude. First off couples shouldn't work together because they can't leave their drama at home B4 coming to work. Literally sat there recording two managers arguing and cursing each other. She threatened to leave and he said go ahead she grabbed her purse and was gone.. now maybe this line will start going down faster get some people served instead of worrying about their personal drama
Very friendly guy at counter taking orders on 2/15, and the dining area was very clean. In total, for three of us, we had 4 Whopper Jr burgers, 2 orders of french fries, a wrap and a drink for under $25.
This Burger has to be the worst one I have ever eaten at. The food is horrible and my order is always wrong. Ordered a chicken sandwich from here and the chicken was RAW!!! The cheese wasn't melted and I had no lettuce or tomato. Maybe if your employees were paying more attention to your food rather than ordering Chinese food. RAW chicken that is totally unacceptable.!!!!!
The staff is surly and present a 'don't care' attitude. It took a long time to receive our order and it was wrong. After fighting with the manager, she finally checked our receipt and admitted that she was wrong and fixed the error. By that time the rest of our food was cold. On the receipt there is a section to where, if you take the survey, you can get a certificate for a free whopper. There is a spot where they ask for the storre number; they wouldn't give it to me. I looked it up on line and it isn't there. I wonder why?
