Been sitting a total of twenty minutes, constantly told please wait, please hold, and no one but another cars been here. Over the past year the quality of food and service has plummeted consistently...I've got to drop my four star down to one. It's unacceptable for a food chain this successful to have these issues all the time. I was gonna leave and go to another store, but I'm commented to ensuring the community knows to find their food elsewhere now... I can't suggest this to anyone else anymore.
This is the place everyone goes to on Sunday. I mean the food was good and hot. Service was good but slow due to the amount of people in the restaurant. The atmosphere was claustrophobic a bit because of the crowd, but that is great for their sales. Restaurant could have been cleaner but again they were super crowded.
I go to Burger King a good bit, especially in the past few months.
It has become one of my favorites.
With the exception of today's visit it is 5-Stars all the way (For a quick lunch).
It is clean and friendly and my order is correct..
Not the case today though..
Today had to be just a "Bad Day".
I hope that today's visit, isn't the way things are going to be..
We decided to go get Burger King as a late dinner. It was about an hour before closing and at first they said they were only taking online and Uber eats orders, which is completely understandable. We placed an online order and waited for over thirty to forty minutes. At first they said they did not receive the order so we had to show them the online receipt and what we got. There were four other people waiting in the parking lot and not one person had ordered anything else or were waiting in line. In our opinions this is just not a reliable fast food restaurant and the waiting time is ridiculous. There was no urgency in getting people their food and we are almost positive the other four people were waiting awhile before us, which would place their wait time to almost an hour.
So.... last time we went here my friend got sick. . Didnt want to believe it was the food at Burger King, thats a big Brand . Went today and stopped my girlfriend at second bite cause of all the mold on the bottom of the bread. ... Someone needs to get in this store and clean house.. they are damaging the brand
We sat in drive thru for 5 minutes before order was taken, only had a drink order, frozen cokes. Then sat at cashier window another 5 minutes before someone showed up to take money. Bad part there was one car ahead of me!
Food was good. But, They advertised whopper Jr, two for $5, but they were $6.36, plus they added.70 for the cheese. Two jr's, two small fries, and one drink was over $14. Way too much. Also, fyi, their onion rings are terrible.
Update:
I had better service with the one employee who was working the early shift alone than today with 5 people on shift. The order wasn't confusing, yet the employee had to repeat it 5 times. Only to receive a cold meal, missing a sandwich and over cooked Hashbrowns. The trick of making us wait behind the pole so they don't appear to be as slow as they were was really cute.
1st Review: The food is always fine. The sweet girl that takes your order and checks you out at the 1st window is always cheerful and pleasant. However, that is often overshadowed by the staff member at the second window that gives you your order. She often has a bad attitude. Barely speaks or acknowledges you. Won't even look at you. It's almost like you are bothering her for being there. It just really makes you not want to come back.
