Okay! My first review was good because my food was good and fresh. But tonight this is ridiculous. Not only do my chicken wraps look like the pic but I paid for a whopper meal and they gave me chicken fries. My left mind told me to check my food when the lady handed it to me and said it was hot and fresh then hurried up and locked the window. Crazzzzzy. Won't be going back.
This is the second in store visit. The staff treats us amazing I wish I remembered their names... they make our food fresh! We use coupons and they work with us very well. One of the best burger kings around ????
I stopped by this restaurant just to use the restroom real quick. There was one group in there other than me who had already ordered. I asked for the bathroom key, and a bright red headed older lady grumbled at me, and when I came back and asked for clarification, she slammed her long fingernails on the counter and swung her head around with all the attitude in the world and said “1990#!!!” And even the the customer said, “lady, be nice, she just has to go to the bathroom.”
I can’t believe her disrespectful service. With an attitude like that for someone that asked literally nothing from her, she shouldn’t be doing this for a living.
My shake was delicious and the burger and fries were OK. It was really quiet inside. No music and the gal taking my order barely spoke.
Food is always fast and good. Service nice with a smile. What else to ask early in the morning. Good combination.
Buyer Beware!!!! Be careful of what you order when going through the drive through. The prices are not accurate.
I ordered a #7 small combo meal. As you can see by the picture, the price clearly says $4.96 for a small meal, however, when I came to the window to pay, I was asked for $7.15. When I asked why the price was different, the cashier could give me an answer. I asked to speak to the manager. She indicated that the general store manager is the only one that has the supplies to change the price on the driver-thru kiosk and he has been off for 2 days. I told her I understood but said she needed to charge me for the price listed on the kiosk, not the "imaginary" price the customer can't see. She said she could only charge me the price that was in the computer.
She was polite and gave me the corporate office contact number. Sending an email to them and calling them. They can't list a price and then charge whatever they want.

At approximately 9:35a on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, in spite of being short staffed, the lady working the drive through window was very polite, professional and efficient! I ordered a double croissant with a medium hash brown and orange juice and for a little over $7, it was quite exceptional!
They missed out on an order because the girl didn't know how to make an iced black coffee. Duh, put ice in a cup and add coffee. Went to McDonald's instead. They know how to make it. Have it your way? Yeh, I don't think so.
