I don't usually go to Burger King, but we decided to come for breakfast. Now, right away, the service was great. They were polite and helpful all that. The breakfast burrito was actually really good, and the hash hashbrowns were okay. My problem was the iced coffee. It just wasn't up there with other fast food coffee. Other than that minor complaint, everything was fine.
Erika took our order, she was very polite and courteous. We ordered our meals and I asked for my fries to be extra crispy which unfortunately most people or don't care but she did. She personally asked the person preping the fries to make them crispy and they came out perfectly! So Erika thank you for not only taking my family's order but for making sure my fries were extra crispy.
I ordered a LARGE Sprite, and I got 80% crushed ice in the LARGE cup. Crushed ice has a much higher density than cubes. I finished the Sprite in about 30 seconds. I've never felt so cheated out of a drink.
This Burger King is the W O R S T!!, ordered two large meals and both burgers were made wrong!! So so annoying! This is someone’s dinner and they don’t care, not to mention cost, it’s not exactly cheap! Furthermore the customer has to drive back to get the meal remade or to get a refund… no accountability on the BK employees.
I ordered one burger with cheese, ketchup and mayo.. all veggies on the side…they made it with mustard and all veggies on it. The second burger I ordered was with mustard and ketchup…..no onions, no mayo and I get mayo and mustard …so I call them and the guy puts me on hold for 15 minutes; I hung up and called again finally, he answers, I ask to talk to a manager and of course there is no manager so I ask him if he can have them call me and that too is impossible….. This place is pitiful! No wonder people talk bad about Las Cruces
This is a bad review ... I asked for no onions on my fake cow burger (impossible burger) cause I am allergic to the onions and they lie to my face and add the onions ..I say it English and Spanish and they still don't listen... they need to hire the right people cause when I go in to that burger King they r always on there phones not doing there job.. missing the napkins .. the katup and not wearing any mask ... rude workers bring there problems from home to work cause they hate life .... it's not my fault .... I always get mistreated by this place on and off work... .. if a was a corporate manager I will fire these workers and get the ones that actually love there job then the fake ones they actually hire
Did an in store order as well as an app order. Both came out at the same time and staff was very friendly along with low wait time
Too expensive and no air circulation in the kids area. It's not the workers fault they work in a messed up place.
Typical BK. Good food, good service, clean.
