Bad no receipt and the food really bad Bread hard to eat look at the picture burnt chicken sandwich with no tomatoes and lettuce. Double whopper with cheese meals without cheese. No receipt given. I had to go back into the restaurant and ask for my missing chicken nuggets plus chicken wrap. Over all a very disappointing experience.
Pulled in the drive thru HOURS before closing, & was greeted with “our kitchen staff is being ignorant so your order will take 20-30 minutes.. if you’re wanting to wait please place your order”.. what kind of nonsense is that and where is a manager allowing staff to intentionally make people wait 20-30 mins for fast food? By far the weirdest thing I’ve ever heard at a fast food place.
. Ordered a mobile order for drive to in the Parking Lot.Somehow the app makes the order at a different location which I did not know until I got to the drive through window. When I explain this to the person at the window I was just told"" I don't know what to tell you"" . Extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful staff.I will not be visiting this burger king again after you're rudeness! Horrible management!!!

Thank you neighborhood BK employees! What you do matters! I worked at BK when I was a young teen and I know it’s not an easy job and people are even more difficult to deal with some days. Thank you for your great customer service and delicious food that I didn’t have to cook ????
Pretty good but this time I went there and the fries were cold and the wait time was about ten minutes. The mozzarella fries were good but the marinara sauce taste like salsa ew!
We waited close to 30 mins when there was 3 cars in the drive thru. I ordered and paid for a 12 piece mozarella fry and recieved 7, stale ones.
This afternoon I was trying to grab some quick lunch for me and my staff decided to go to the Burger King that’s on 8587 and Fountain, and had the best experience at a fast food place that I’ve had in a long time. The managers name was Joel and he was Efficient pleasant to talk to and knows how to satisfy his customers I’ve been coming to this place since I was a kid they need to keep more managers like him.
My recent experience at Burger King's drive-thru on Saturday night left much to be desired, thanks to an encounter with an employee whose behavior was far from acceptable. With a half-head of dreads and half-curly hair on top, he seemed more interested in rushing me through my order than providing any semblance of decent service.As I attempted to place my order, he kept interrupting me with a "Are you done?" after every item I requested, displaying impatience and a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction. Despite my efforts to clarify my order, he seemed more preoccupied with hurrying me along than getting it right.Upon receiving my order, it was abundantly clear that my requests had been disregarded entirely. Each item seemed hastily assembled, as though little care had been given to its preparation. When I attempted to address the issue, his response was dismissive and borderline disrespectful, further exacerbating an already unpleasant situation.This type of behavior is simply unacceptable, especially from an employee representing a globally recognized fast-food chain like Burger King. The drive-thru experience should be convenient and efficient, but it should never come at the expense of basic courtesy and professionalism. Burger King must address such issues promptly to uphold its reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.
