Very disappointed at this place today you won’t see me here again. I waited about 10min on the drive thru then I spoke to the speaker and said is anyone taking orders no one answer me I drove my van to the window and here I meet this person. The first thing she tells me this van the speakers or headset won’t work. I told her that’s strange because I come here a lot I never had that issue then she tells me if she would have seen me from the window I told her I was there for 10min so clearly she is not paying attention then she said what do you want.???? at this point I had enough so I told her I don’t need anything. NO hard feelings but she needs to be retrained on customer service like soon. I have worked for Wendy’s I became a Shift Manager and at Papa John’s I was the General Manager. I have at least 10 years or more in the fast food service. Believe me my customers loved me the owner of that franchise is still my friend today.
The male manager is so rude. He was giving me attitude asking "what do you want? What else?" And when I showed up to the second window, he accused me of not paying for the order. I hope this place gets shut down
Drive thru guy was very rude and snappy while taking my order. Dropped my drink and said sheesh that sucks… he should not be working at the window with that attitude of his
Showed up on a Friday night/Saturday morning at 1:30 hours are supposed to be till 2am…. Employees still there still answering the drive-through but we’re extremely rude and unprofessional while telling us they were closed. I asked don’t you have another half an hour in worker rudely replied no we don’t when it’s clearly stated, completely unprofessional!!! will never come back here again!!!
Salem NH location closed up - now a Kelly's Roast Beef! BK is such a drag. Too bad, they never use to be so awful. Went to the METHUEN location of 93 in hopes for a delicious whopper sandwich. Turns out.. this location closed early (it's just 8pm) for technical difficulties. Some older guy can be seen on a ladder inside the drive thru with a keyboard in his hands trying to figure out something up high on a screen. Fire alarm system always shows trouble and never gets fixed. Don't know how the METHUEN Fire Department has been letting this slide by so long! Lights are still out on the propert, so when you drive by it shows "ER King".
Poor Maintenance with BK's these days! Never use to be this way back in the day. Very Sad.
1:51pm Saturday,our food took 26mins . Atleast ten people plus drive thru got their food before us! So be ware, 1 worker or manager taking orders and serving and one in drive thru!! Good teams, just not enough helping hands!
Walk in…I left with no food the service takes waaay to long Many fast food places to choose from right nearby. My mistake for stopping here
