Food is made incorrectly half the time. Ladies at the drive thru are always rude. They rather talk about their failing relationship instead of getting the food to you. Manager took away pick ups at the drive thru. I hate that this is the closest one to me cause Burger King is one of my favorite fast foods. Guess I’ll just go to Wendy’s around here instead. Crazy how bad the service is here.
I haven’t eating at BK in Years. Mainly because of the customer service in majority of their stores. I ordered a Double whopper with cheese no onion no ketchup 8pc nugget & 4pc jalapeño bites. They forgot the cheese on my whopper. The Nuggets were cold and Super dry Like jerky. The jalapeño bites wasn’t even cooked all the way. They are bland and I couldn’t imagine actually eating them. Never again. It was 6yrs without BK and I guess I’ll go another 6yrs. Nothing has changed.
Went through the drive through on my way home around 3:00 pm. After saying hello is anyone there numerous times I drove off. No wonder all the Burger Kings have been closing down here in Central Ohio. Burger King is where all the people who don't want to work go to work at. Pure laziness.
This has to be the worst Burger King I've ever been to in my entire life. They are the only place I know that refuses to answer their drive-thru window an hour earlier than they closed because they're that lazy. Not to mention that they close at 7:00 p.m. tonight for New Year's. So at 6:00 p.m. they hadn't taken anybody's orders. Had a huge line all the way to the family Dollar because they're too lazy to do their jobs. If this Burger King does not become under new management and all new employees I will boycott them and so will my family.
After the girl took my order , she walked outside for whatever reason but no big deal because there were still two girls standing behind the counter. So after staring at each other for 3-5 minutes I politely ask "well is someone gonna make my food?" I was almost late for work fooling with this location. Nothing was ready. It's like they weren't expecting customers for the rest of the night. Smh..
This was the worst Burger King I have ever experienced in my life. As soon as we walked in a young lady that was in drive- thru On was on the phone the entire time while I’m ordering my food. The lady that was making her food came from outside, never washed her hands. And proceeded to make the food. Everything was wrong about this place to the service to the mishandling the food was disgusting. Never again
The BBQ bacon whopper junior was str8. So were the cheesy tots. The chicken nuggets though, all bread. No crisp. Tasted more old oil than anything. Same for the new wrap, all I tasted was old used oil in the chicken which was overpowering. Can't remember ever having it so strong from a famous restaurant that served chicken. BK might as well stop the slide and rest at rock bottom.
Good to see a Burger King on s.hamilton Rd. again.review update I ordered a meal from this location yesterday and was very disappointed that I did not get my order I paid for here.i came to pickup my order they intentionally lied to me saying there was no mobile order I mentioned the order number on my receipt and they continued to lie to me.that was nearly $15 wasted because they wanted to play stupid.i don't know if I'll come to burger king again if this is a business practice for them.
