First time trying this location. They need to hire more people. I feel bad for the employees. They can't keep up. The fries were cold. The burger was reheated. Chicken fries were soggy. Gave a small drink instead of medium. They made us wait at the change window until they were ready, and gave us cold soggy food anyway. We couldn't get a refund because there was no one to do it. I can see why there is such a bad reviews.
Drive thru- only car in line wait 9minutes for my order and drive 2min home to find cold, soggy/soft fries that have obviously been sitting for 10+ minutes. Burger was mildly warm- been sitting so long it's not moist/juicy when I bite into it. Guess I should have learned my lesson last time.
If you aren't going to have the self-service kiosks installed (which I hate BTW), then have someone at the counter to take orders. I waited 5 minutes, no one came up. There were at least 2 people working, one was cooking, one was taking drive thru orders. Both knew I was there, and neither one did anything. I left after 5 minutes of no service and went elsewhere.
One star. Disappointed with the service. I mobile ordered for pickup inside so I could save some time. The restaurant proceeded to service several drive thru customers before even asking me my name for pickup. After waiting at least 5 minutes, they began to prepare my order. "I guess I should have went through the drive thru" i said. The tall blonde then made multiple sarcastic remarks to me including "don't forget to take a crown" right after I finally received my order. That was rude. I won't be going back to this Burger King forat least a couple years. Hopefully by then all current employees will have learned to practice better hospitality, or they will have moved on to better and brighter things.
From the 1st week of operation this place has been cluster you-know -what. I avoid it now b/c. I'd rather not have our order screwed up and long wait time if it's several different things. I've always liked BK but this one is ruining my opinion
It's nice inside but .........
Actually I had a pretty good experience recently on a to-go breakfast order. Only two workers. The Mgr said they can't get reliable help. In the time I was there at 9ishAM I was the ONLY customer.
Food was your basic Burger King. Service was friendly and not too busy. Good multiple dogs and drink machine. Deon Sanders look alike works there. One booth wobbles.
Staff cash me out for the wrong meal. Ask for a refund and staff informed me I couldn’t get my change due to the location. Instead of me getting my change they offered me a 50% off my next meal coupon. My food taste like soap, will never go back. First and last time
Ordered a whopper no cheese Stated specifically I wanted lettuce pickle and ketchup only got home there was about a cup of mayo on it too... way past my lunch time called the number no one answers SURPRISE......
