I went to the merles inlets South carolana Burger King on 17 and received excellent service from the manager who help Me with my first attempt to online order my order was sent who knows where but he Was so nice and gracious he provided me my order when he didn't have to do that thank you sir I will be a repeat customer often As your food was very tasty and now I know how to just come in and order old school
Didn't eat....the tables were all unclean..customers are in 10 minutes after me and they were also disappointed that there were no clean tables. May 7th 2024 ~1245noon. On a positive note, the French toast sticks here are usually really good.
They have roaches in the kitchen. And they can’t get any order, right! This place is literally made me never want to eat Burger King again do not go there! They replaced my cheesy tots with french fries. Are you kidding me and told me that they weren’t going to make onion rings for me because they didn’t have any ready at the moment. Wow.
Food was well prepared, but it did take a few extra minutes even though I ordered ahead on the app. Good deals when ordering ahead on the app.
Drive thru is ridiculous. Takes forever. I was the only one in the line and they asked me to “pull up”. How about instead of asking me to pull up so your “drive thru times” look better than they are…you just do your job
Every time, I come here the customer service is on point. Everyone is so friendly. The food is always hot!!! I’ll literally drive 20 minutes for this Burger King. Best Burger King on the grand strand.
Absolutely horrible disgusting the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Food is ok for a burger king. The guy at the counter never said a word to us. No thank you or hi just silent and giving us a nasty look. And the lobby is gross dead flies all over the place. About lost my appetite. Instead of cleaning everyone is on their phones doing nothing. I get it you need a breather but please clean all the dead bugs up.
Just not good service and then get the order wrong and an unfriendly cashier.I no not a lot of people like to work anymore especially the new generation, but if your goin to be there why not at least fake a smile so the customers dont feel like we have interrupted you or inconvenienced ypu.?
