Fully remodeled burger king and clean inside but food and staff are horrible. Staff looks like they hate the existence of that place, they look like no training to customer service was ever provided. Food is horrible, I made order and returned to register to make another one the staff just ignored me, they were talking to each other like that’s their only job. I gave this place second chance and always bad experience, hate the food and even my kids hate eating here.My double whopper was smaller than whopper JR. So I do not recommend it at all, Wendy’s across the street is more expensive but at least food is great and service even better.
I love how the cook think this bacon was cooked. Looked completely raw to me and not to mention it was still a little cold to the touch. CHECK YOUR BURGERS PEOPLE!!!

Received my food first and couldn’t leave because the parking lot was blocked off. Got home and found I received a chicken nugget biscuit.
My family and I just visited the Barbourville, KY location. When we were paying, the cashier (Lauren or Laura) just walked away. We never got our receipt. Then we heard her yelling that she needed food. Not sure where the kitchen people were. We got our drinks and my husband walked back up to get our food. She just looked at him and said it's not ready yet really rudely. He told her that was fine he was just waiting so he turned around and came back to the table after the rude Comment. Our food was horrible. Service was horrible. Then the workers boyfriend came and told us she's his. He'll handle her. Then him and an older man walked out and sat and watched my family eat and leave. The people in here are high out of their minds. We even watched a workers go out and look like he did a drug deal. This is so unsanitary. I will never be back and will warn everyone I know. I
This place needs to be destroyed and something new built or completely new management and new staff I have tried several times because Burger King is one of my faves sadly I moved to an area where this one is literally the worst they take no pride in the food they make and for the outrageous price they now charge

Drive through always leaves half your order out or doesn't make the food right. Got charged over $30 and didnt have half the stuff I ordered. And what I did get wasn't made right. This is an ongoing problem with Burger King. Every single time I have had to use the drive through my order is always missing stuff or just wrong. Not to mention if they even have the "whopper" meat in stock to make you a burger.
I have never seen a fast food place THIS MESSY. The photo shows behind the counter where they were cooking. Every square inch was covered in trash, bits of fries and nuggets, open drinks. The front was just as bad. I don't understand how they can get away with this. It was completely unsanitary. I don't except a 5 star experience when walking into Burger King, but I do expect the area where my food is being prepared to have some semblance of being clean.
