I haven't been to a Burger King in years, at least 10. Decided to stop in to eat lunch, big mistake.

The food was like it's always been. The service was lacking, I mean really lacking. We waited 15 minutes for our meals, we were the only two inside the restaurant. The soda dispenser did not work, so I had to wait again to get any kind of refill. I realize the workers don't make much, but hey, you're at work make the best of it. I suppose it will be years before I go to another BK. But hey I did enjoy it so maybe next week I'll give another BK a chance to impress.

Where to even begin? Lousy service, care less attitudes, no urgency, incompetence, acted like they wanted to give an attitude when I brought up that my order was missing SEVERAL things. Placed order on the BK app at 12:05pm, drove to restaurant expecting to wait a little since we live close by and got there about 12:10-12:15pm, was told to come inside because “it’s a big order” and “we’re still working on it”, fine. No biggie, I don’t mind waiting. I ended up leaving that store at 12:45pm. That’s ridiculous?? On top of there not being another customer inside the establishment, I think maybe 2 drive thru orders came up while I was standing at the counter, otherwise, the building was empty. Like? What are y’all paying these people for, because they obviously don’t want to be there.

Food was mediocre, definitely not like it was before BK started speed rocketing down hill. Never again. ✌????

This location denied a service dog from entering. Employee stated service were only large animals that walk on leash not smaller animals. Argued with customer about being able to enter the establishment because service didn't "look like a service animal due to its size".

I just left BK,and i notice that my ticket stated 34$,but the meals were suppose to only be 9$each!! I ask the cashier to speak to the manager,who by the way was on her phone when my daughter and I entered,Did she greet us! Lol!! Of course not! Thats apparently isnt her job! So after asking her to speak to the manager,she turned and look,like there she is! Im still confused! Because she never answered the question as to who the manager was??? So a girl answer,this must be the manager! She is also rude! She states to me,what? What?? I looked like are you the mananger,and she tugged on her shirt!! Lol!! I feel like i was being pranked! Like how do I know who you are? Annouce your title,a little customer service one on one!! She still never came to the front! She is looking at me crazy,when i ask,injust had a question about my total,nothing else! So another girl who was working drive thru said its not that serious,I’m like your speaking to me? It wasnt also that serious when you were using profanity,while being frustated with a person on drive thru ordering! The cashier was like you can leave! I told her I’m waiting on you to make me leave! The manager the entire time is more rude than they are! I want all three of you to know that I have contacted your cooperate office! I did receive a refund,because,my 34$ want be a contribution to either of your salaries! Yall are the reason that its never but one car in the parking lot,and that car belong to an employee! Quit!! Because all of you,need to be fired!!!!!!! You wouldnt lnow good customer service if it slap you! Thats why McDonalds is always busy! Think about it! Yall don't deserve a moon! Better yet a star!

Bathrooms are locked. My girls needed to use it... Children.... And when asked about it, the worker said that they don't have the keys to the bathrooms.... Send nobody in the whole store. Can use the bathroom?? Two in the same ten mile radius told me this.... What's going on in burger king?

Spent $30 on an order through their own app to this store. Went to the drive thru, now they won't even make the food because "it's not in their system" even though the app, the receipt, and my bank account said the food is paid for, for that location. Then had an attitude trying to yell and argue about it saying obviously its not paid for. The attitude and disrespect this store shows constantly after dark is ridiculous.

Bad service, was asked to pull to the side when no other cars were in line behind me. Not sure why I couldn't just wait at the window. Food isn't very fast, wish they would have told me it takes them so long before having me pay.

"The workers are very lazy, communication is very poor; they constantly talk on the phone while serving you. They don't have mayonnaise and ketchup for potatoes. And the potatoes are not salty; it's a terrible establishment."
