The people that work there are always great. The food is always good. Why one star? The ownership of this franchise should sell to someone who cares. They are always short staffed and today all the employees were literally running. After 12 minutes waiting to order, still not able to order, gave up (since my lunch break was almost over.) So now, lost 1/2 hour pay to get nothing to eat. Not happy. If they staffed more (or got behind the counter themselves), they would make more than enough to cover the additional payroll. Just shows that sometimes the stupidest people in the world, can own a business.
Every time I come here I have a different experience. The one constant theme is I never get the zesty sauce that I ask for. I get a steaming hot burger that feels like it was just microwave for 45 minutes and a chicken sandwich that feels like it just got pulled out of the crisper. $3.09 for a small Coke reminds me why I go to McDonald’s. Thanks for another poopy experience.
It's BK. You can have it your way. Just sometimes have to go back in and fix it. Lol I love doing halfsies with fries and onion rings. But s trip here with the family is almost the same cost as a restaurant. Still cheaper than McDonald's
This is the nearest Burger King to me, which is about 15 mins away. Pulled into the drive through and saw a sign that said closed at 8, but didn't think anything of it because it was 7:50. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order, even yelled hello a couple times, no one ever came over the intercom to take my order. At this point there were 3 cars in line behind me. I pulled around to the drive thru window and they already everything torn down and wouldn't even come to the window. Extremely disappointed to have driven as far as I did, get there before they closed, and get no service!

Love the coupons that I get in my mail every couple months, they are a great deal. May close early on the weekends.
The family meal deal with 3 Whoppers, 3 hamburgers and 3 medium fries for a great price is hard to beat. The same with the 2 Whopper juniors and 2 medium fries is a great value lunch for two.
It can get busy at lunch but cooked fresh and hot off peak with less waiting. Dining in looks clean and I will have to try it out. Always friendly staff!
Local staple. This has been here for as long as I have been alive. I enjoy the food all the time here as it always comes out fast. The staff here have always been helpful and friendly. I am looking forward to going back again soon!
