My wife and I stopped by the drive thru and placed our order, the girl asked me to repeat my order and I did so. I pulled the the window to pay, and asked the young man to repeat my order and he told me and it was correct. Upon getting home, we ended up with everything but what we ordered. We ended up paying for a double whopper with cheese, no lettuce no onion and received a single whopper no cheese and with onion lettuce tomato. We ordered an original chicken sandwich no lettuce, got original chicken sandwich with lettuce, ordered medium fries and received small fries. Everything was cold. So instead of working to get higher wages, how about teaching employees to pay attention and start giving customers service!
Whoever is rating this BK less than 4 stars is actually insane. EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER HERE IT IS PERFECT. Hot and ready, beautifully made, flavorful, not burnt, not raw, just beautiful. Their cooks have to be some of the best people. I hope they get something out of having just the best service ever. I don’t care about wait time when the BURGER KING.. once again BURGER KING is this GOOD(I only waited like 5 minutes) Sidenote I usually order delivery which means usually what I order is cold but when I order from here it is far from cold, it is hot, idc if it’s not fresh. It’s nice and warm.
Went here yesterday for lunch and the restaurant was very clean. The staff approached me immediately and took my order. The staff had great customer service! My food was hot! Overall a great experience!
Dorothy always makes it fun!!! She is a true gem ???? and wonderful asset to your company!!! We come in for whopper Wednesday and I always get two patties for my baby doggies ????!!! They really enjoy seeing her and her lovely smile makes it worth the trip every time :-)
My whopper with cheese was fine, but the frech fries were old looked and tasted like they were refried. They definitely need to check before leaving the drive-thru
I like ketchup on my fries so when I ask for some with 2 large fries & you hand me 2 packs each time I ask for more? You're getting paid to play this game, I'm wasting my time & gas. Please tell your employees to quit acting as if it's coming out of their paycheck...
This is my TOASTED sandwich. Not toasted at all… The cheese is all crusted on the sides. This is my LARGE FRY! I spent over 30$ on food to wait an hour. None of our fry’s are full, my sons kids meal was the ONLY correct meal. Update: I spoke to dorthy the manager she was very helpful and professional.
They had a little girl on the register that was new obviously cause she didn't really know what she was doand nobody really helped her they let her struggle. So I was really disappointed in this visit But the last time I was there everything was great so I think it just depends on when you go in.
