Just got home after getting 4 whopper Jr's and paid for extra cheese on all of them. Waiting 10 minutes in the parking lot after being asked to pull forward and wait. No cheese on any of them. Took a long time to mess up such a simple order. I'll be going to McDonald's right up the street from now on.
I ordered one whopper with cheese and extra pickles. It was cold not flame broiled and it was probably an impossible burger because it tasted gross.I think for $7 I should at least get a hot flame broiled burger.
It's Burger King, who doesn't like BK every now and then? Options are limited here in Gladwin and it's better then the other Fast food joint just up the road.
Kudos to the chef working tonight! We were very pleased with our meal, service and the new bk melt looked just as pictured. Keep up the good work!

When you order and pay for food you expect to get the entire order well that's not the case on more than one occasion they have done this as slow as you guys are through the drive through and as expensive as you are you should be able to do your job. Would not recommend going here definitely the worst service around.

My recent visit to Burger King highlighted several areas of concern that potential patrons should be aware of. The establishment lacks air conditioning, which makes the interior uncomfortably hot, resembling a sauna more than a fast-food restaurant. This issue becomes particularly evident during the night shift, which operates from 3 PM until closing.
Speaking of the night shift, the staff seems to have a strong aversion to children, which could be uncomfortable for families visiting during these hours. Additionally, there's noticeable procrastination among the younger employees, and management appears indifferent to this behavior, further affecting the service quality.
The service speed and accuracy of orders also leave much to be desired. Burgers often do not meet expectations in terms of quality, and the staff struggles to maintain the drink machine, leading to frequent shortages. Moreover, the noise level from certain staff members is quite high, disrupting the dining experience for customers in the lobby.
A recurring issue seems to be the forgetfulness regarding napkins in to-go orders, so I advise future customers to secure napkins beforehand to avoid inconvenience. Lastly, it's worth noting that most of the food does not taste fresh, with the notable exceptions of the Big Fish and occasionally the fries. Customers might consider requesting freshly made items regardless of the apparent readiness.
In summary, while Burger King traditionally offers quick and convenient meals, this particular location struggles with several aspects of service and environment that could detract from the overall dining experience.
Size portions have gotten smaller with twice the price. The restaurant was extremely clean, and restrooms appeared also clean. Service wasn't bad. Won't be able to continue to go out to eat if prices continue to rise. Seniors can't afford it on their budget.
