Pushing the order kiosk is Extremely RUDE!! It’s no different than a store manager clerk trying to push self checkout.

The girl at the register had a long line of people and kept stoping to play around and throw fries with her friend who was making food in the kitchen. The girl in the kitchen had long hair and didn’t ties it back while making food, kept touching her hair to love it back while making food, poor food safety. I will say there was one female who was setting up the auntie Ann food who stepped in to take everyone’s order while the other girls played around, she was a gem.
Ordered my food around 2:30 pm. It took about 2 minutes to receive my order. Fast service.. Food was hot and fresh! Staff was professional and efficient! Best experience with burger King in my life. Thank you
There was two people working there today they place is VERY understaffed an the lady working there was stressed out rightfully so but had a little bit of a attitude . My food was cold and had to wait 15 minutes for two cheese burgers and a onion ring .
eh, this place just sucks all around. even with an ordering kiosk, they can never get an order right, it's awful.
Ordered a whopper no onions and an apple pie. The Whopper was good but there were some apple pie boxes neatly arranged on the counter. I thought they were display boxes but when she gave me my order I asked about the apple pie and she told me to just grab one from the counter. Maybe I'm missing something here but since when do they serve cold apple pies? Anyways, rest of the service was good.
