The food is typical BK. Unfortunately service is extremely slow. Employees don’t even speak to you at the windows. You’re made to stay at the first window while they move at a snails pace to get your order ready, and for some reason they always miss something in the order despite taking their sweet time. This has been the same experience multiple times.
I really enjoyed the experience in a clean restaurant that BK is now providing

The staff remembers the customer faces. The staff is polite. There is much to choose from on the menu.
There are many kid meal options to choose from & options for the kids meal side items such as apple sauce or ice cream or cookie & it comes with a drink like a fountain drink, Milk or juice ???? box. There isn't a breakfast kids meal option, but low cost breakfast items.
The food is fresh & good.

The building was awesome. Huge burger built into the side of the building. All the decor was the history of BK. Pretty neat.
Service was trash, food was not very good. Got hot honey wrap and the wrong sauce on it. Staff were yelling and cussing.
Worst place to order food, tried 2 times... one day it take 30min after I paid at window, so I couldn't just leave... figured maybe they were short staffed.... waited 2-3months and tried again and they refused to take orders unless it was a Doordash or Mobile order.... wonder if the owner know they are refusing business and doing this to customers....

Since I’ve been sitting in the drive through for about 10 mins figured I would leave a review, long wait almost any night hours it is 9pm. And rude service but with bad management and lack of workers you can’t expect much more from them.
One of my favorite Burger King restaurants. We dine in, it’s clean in the eating area & in restrooms.
Update: went in today (02/24/22), right after the lunch rush, it was a bit messy. I still give this BK 5 ⭐️! They gave us fresh food, & when I asked for heavy pickle; they delivered! ????
Update (04/22/22): I ordered 2 whoppers, 1 fry, 1 onion rings, 2 cokes. The order didn’t have onion rings, I touched the fries looking for the onion rings. The manager took out 1 of the fries ( that I touched) and instead of throwing them in the trash, tossed them back into the fries to be served! ???????? I had clean hands, but what if another person wasn’t into the level of hygiene that I hold myself to? A manager doing that is just gross. At least hide it from the public. I loved this place, not so much anymore. I’ll go up to Newberry Rd., hard pass on this location.
Ordered 2 meals total 23.20, got to window part of order missing, asked manager about rest of order we were told the price went up...? From payment window to pick up window ? she was a very rude unprofessional women.this burger king is a hot mess
