So I ordered this texas woper what ever its called and as you can see the mayonnaise driping way to much for sure was hungry and I don't like to complain put I just had to take it back the guys were real cool and profesional not mention the supervisor made it right and I'm very happy
It's fast food, hard to give it 5 stars. It served its purpose I needed food in a pinch. Went inside hoping it would be faster than drive thru and it was. The lady was very pleasant that took my order and had a general conversation. In and out and on my way in less than 5 min.
I frequent this location, and even when the drive thru line is 10+ cars they move right through quickly. I'm always greeted with a smile and my food is always correct and fresh!
Lenox,MA location is best I've ever been to! Staff is friendly and competent, food is good too! Can't say enough! It's the only BK I'll go to from now on! Really made my kid's special dinner out just a little more special :)
Other than the long wait not the employees fault it was the people that ordered for 50 people in one car it wasn't a bad experience everyone is working hard faced and has a smile on their faces while doing it I think they need a raise I mean EVERYONE!! GREAT PLACE TO STOP IN!!

As a legal witness, around 8pm last night, I have watched a family with one son come up to the counter repeatedly to have their meals changed, because their orders were incorrect. I don’t blame them, for even I had to get the clerks to change my burger that was incorrectly made. Soon after, the family began to lose patience and demanded a refund, but the clerks behind the counter started screaming, especially at the wife, refusing to help out. She demanded apologies for both poor service and for screaming at her face, but they refused to acknowledge her. So as I’ve watched, she contacted the corporation on her cellphone and filed the official complaint. That is something I should do from now on, whenever I deal with any behavior that is deemed unacceptable within any chain of the food industry - whether obnoxious, hostile, arrogant or ignorant. All the family wanted was to simply have a good time with their son. Those clerks have NO RIGHT to mistreat families like that - period!
Always cold unless its lunch even then only get the most popular things. My breakfast sandwich still had ice in the middle. Went back for some reason, this is the smashed up raw burger covered in grease with fingerprints in the bun I received, way to go BK
Fast bu5 not accurate. Wasn't expecting perfection but getting it right helps.
