gorgeous new store - terrible crew. Everytime I go I never get greeted- I have to wait 10 minutes at the intercom and say hello? To get recognized, they always get my order wrong even when the screen is correct or if they repeat it. This location is always on my way to work, but I would rather drive the extra miles to get better service. I would suggest this location to practice better service to customers
I will drive out of my way to go to this location every time. They are fairly quick most of the time. I wouldn't say customer service is good or bad. It's a hit or miss but this younger generation doesn't seem to know customer service anyway nor care to. The food is good though and them being competent enough to take an order correctly and get you in and out of there fairly quick is why I go there.
I like the people here they are really nice. When it gets busy I always see them hard working. I used to work at bk too so I understand how it is. Either way, the foods pretty good. I always order a whopper bo ketchup with extra pickles and they always get my burger right. The night shift workers are really friendly. Thanks burger King! ????
Went I to the store rn and placed an order. Girl in front was super nice. She put me on a zesty sauce for my onion rings I had never known about . I asked the guy that was cooking if he could make my burgers “fob” It stands for fresh off the broiler he said no problem made my burgers excellent my onion rings super fresh.
Thanks for counting, BK. Glad I paid for 9 and only got 8. You also gave us a small fry instead of the medium we ordered. Not even busy.
Well it was lunch and I decided to go to Burger King on university because of the crazy prices at McDonald's, if was a horrible experience the manager took my order and to my surprise When I arrived at the service window the order wasn't even taken this was a problem because of the narcissistic demeanor of the manager Christine took my order I guess verbally at the com initially ,to my absolute surprise when I arrived at the window to receive my food I had to reorder and found out upon looking at the receipt
I was over charged with another person's order , I was met with indifference and attitude as if it was my fault by the manager Christine, after I had to reorder and it charged my debit a 15 dollar charge and a twenty dollar charge which was crazy 35 dollars for 2 jr bigmacs and large fries with a drink , I realize it's a fast food place but I can just imagine what those poor employees going through there , we gotta do better Burger King on university, no refund was issued smh Burger King HR where are you
I always go here for my lunch. Usually pretty busy but drive thru goes fairly quickly. Food is always great and fries are fresh
Cashier took a minute to take my order but was very sweet and make my drink a large for having to wait at the speaker. Everyone who works here is always very nice and helpful everything is always fresh as well :)
