First I would like to mention this was a birthday offer. So as crappy as the service was they made the birthday girl feel like less than a valued customer. We claimed our points through the app. They are visible on the app. We stood there 10 minutes trying 3 alternatives with the assistant manager, on the phone with the GM. The gift card balance is visible on the app. When we tried transferring to a physical card it had an app error. Instead of comping we went without lunch and I bought what was supposed to be a special birthday offer so my daughter could have lunch during her break taking the PSATs.
They’re resolution was call the back office number where no one answers. I’ve been in Oklahoma since 2020 and never once been to this location. Tried it on a birthday offer and couldn’t be more disappointed. The general attitude was also less than hospitable. Instead of offer a resolution he said many times he can’t help. Terrible customer service. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
Restaurant was closed when I tried to go there at 1am. Store hours show they don’t close until 2am.
No breakfast at 1030 and ladies room was dirty. Toilet was leaking water from flush handle,sink was filthy and clogged,no paper towels to dry hands.. won't be eating here again anytime soon
1.) fast Service: my order was hot and ready when I got to window, 2.) a correct order: everything plus xtras without much lip from the "sauce defenders" , god bless um', had to...???? Lol 3. And ) A night without cooking: always really awesome! Thanks. We appreciate y'all. Happy new year!????????????
Fast, warm, tasted good. Onion rings were hot and fresh. Chicken fingers were good also.
Staff was respectful and professional food was good had a special burger that was done right the first time that anywhere else takes 2 times to get right
Fast quick service and they get my order right 98% of the time, can’t complain. Foods nice and hot when I get it, too.
Went in with 9 kids and 4 adults, got fresh food and excellent service. Order got messed up a bit but they were quick and polite to fix the issue.
