The place is extremely clean. I was there for half an hour and they cleaned the dining room 3 times. They really care about that. Great customer service, the food was ready before I finished paying and they offered me dipping sauces for free. They also play funny videos on the TV. Again: very, very clean the whole place.
USED DENTAL FLOSS & HAIR!!! On 5-8-24 at 10:59pm I was served by “YOAN” a foot long hair in ONE of the french fries, and used dental floss in my double whopper!!! (Zoom in on the photos) I don’t even have words to express my disgust.
I was completely shocked for what happened at this Burger King today April 20, 2024. First of all I went into the place and it was clean. Second of all I was greeted at the desk by a real person and not a kiosk that didn’t work. And just a few minutes my food was ready it was fresh the fries were hot and the burger tasted good. I say this because recently when I went to other places the experience was terrible and the food was not edible. I didn’t have a high hopes but this Burger King really surprised me and I will be back.
I am not quick to judge, so I have given this place a few times. Today just breakfast, in the morning everyone is rushing, so why in the world would you be so slow and take your time?? I order and when I have to pay, he makes me wait there while he goes to get my drinks, Why? his job should be to take orders and payments, next window should be pick up, but not at this BK, we have to wait until the order is ready for pick up, then you proceed to the next window. I think this is time consuming and that is why they are not efficient for anyone rushing back to work. They even marked the coke as diet coke.. oh brother, like really??
Update... still unable to renew my review, this BK is awful and the sad thing is that there is not another one near by... my husband went today(because I refuse to go) and the non English speaking manager that is there apparently doesn’t know how to manage still!! She isn’t even polite so I don’t know why she is there... anyway, French toast sticks are now as thin as fries and one was not even half a stick, the biscuit was burnt!! And you gave me coffee with no stir stick and ONE freaking napkin!! Yes, you still suck!! Update!! 8/19/22 still horrible- don’t come for lunch- you’ve been warned ????
The staff got part of our order wrong again, as usual for this location, and the fries were cold. I've lived within a few miles of this store for several years now and occasionally give it another chance when I am craving burger king. We stopped using drive through service at this location just so we could take the time to check our order in the lobby. We sacrifice the convenience because we expect the lower quality, and we are right Everytime so far. We were just at this location at 19:30 this evening and the staff told us we could not dine in because they were already cleaning up the lobby. There are no signs stating the lobby hours are any different than the store hours, and the website said they are open for dine in service. Service at this location is poor at best and the quality has always been just as poor. The poor service is a shame because the store is in a great location and has endless potential if it were better managed.
Drive thru took forever. Several cars were backed up. Waited a very long time for food to be prepared. Workers speak limited English making ordering a little difficult, especially when ordering thru the intercom in the drive thru. Taste of food was typical BK, so no complaints there.
Excellent, good quality of food, a friendly atmosphere !!!!! The place is very clean!!!!!
The manager was so sweet and nice, she made me feel valued and my croissant was nice steamy hot. They made it within a matter of seconds and took their time to make my hash browns nice and hot. What I loved the most is the dinning room it is very clean unlike other restaurants.
