I was very impressed by this guy, I think his name is Lonnie. Wednesday night 4/24, this guy was working the whole restaurant by himself. He was the cashier and the cook. He made a better whopper than the kids working day shift and he was all by himself. This man needs a raise. I don’t know how he ended up alone but I hope that doesn’t happen again cause poor guy.
Went through the drive through and the lady was rude wish I had her name but they make sure they don’t put them out there. She got the Manager to walk over to the window and tried to make me feel uncomfortable for no reason! I was so confused ! DO BETTER! Trying to intimidate your guest is disgusting ! I was not rude at all and I guess me saying I want everything on my sandwhich triggered her to be rude by the comments she made. Be kind ! You never know what a customer is going through ! Their bread is always hard! Every Burger King location is filled with rude workers ! If you don’t like your job then leave !
Always a wait. Popular food. Flame broiled with bacon and cheese is unbeatable as far as fast food is concerned. I think they have a small crew actually cook it to order, at least when I show up at night. Really good whoppers.
Super clean restaurant and the people were friendly. I got a double whopper and fries and my heart was happy and I didn't have a heart attack.
Late night hunger struck, and Omar, the main man at the window, handled our order with expert care. Omar is value added to the Burger King team! If you don't know, a Whopper is better than a Big Mac!
Horrible food prep. I ordered a taco (it lloked great in the window poster ad) and what I got was less than desirable, the tortilla was a weird combination of hard cardboard and paper and it was soooo disgustingly greasy. Ugh... just look at the picture
Jackie is literally the sweetest girl I’ve ever met. She deserves a raise or a promotion. She was willing to give her own money to pay for the rest of my food, because my cad did not go through. I did not take it but she was so sweet and so nice there needs to be more people like her in this world
Ordered my wife a whopper online from here and no ordered the wrong kind, she brought it in and they replaced it even though it was my fault, also while extremely busy at that particular time, they had excellent customer service
