8 minutes at the drive through speaker waiting for them to take the order. 5 cars behind us waiting as well... no sense in waiting considering nobody seems to want to take our order.

Got my order wrong twice. Food is good. Ordered Bacon cheese burger Jr.
Food is good every time. There whoppers are amazinggggg. Super friendly and welcoming environment.
I ordered through the drive through a whopper meal. After paying, I was asked to pull forward. I did so and so did the car behind me. Well the car behind me received their order first and I was told that my order got “swiped off “ so it would be a few more minutes. I’m thinking that my order after waiting would be hot and fresh. Not so. I finally got my order and when I went to eat it, it was a cold bun and barely warm meat patty. I’m staying at a hotel that is barely 3 minutes from the restaurant. I believe I will have to try somewhere else next time.
They took order and not sure if they forgot to start, people afterwards got food before us. Very long wait!
Everyone on here complains about how slow the BK in Roseau is but forgets that just like every other business out there BK is having major staffing issues and that most of there employees are still training and that they are only human can they improve in some areas yes but a little understanding and patience would also go along ways as well
Went in at 8:40pm but I guess the lobby closed at 9 so they said they couldn't drop any fries and wouldn't give me a cup or my money back so I paid 9$ for a cheeseburger.
