Came in after a long work week for a quick bite on my way home... Grabbed their $2.99 Buffalo nugget or chicken wrap special & a 2 whopper Jr. & 2 small fry coupon. Let's face it, every quarter counts these days so I downloaded the app to collect crowns & added my purchase.
Quiet for a Thursday afternoon, but that could have been because of the 5 car pile up by the left turn lane to the shops at north port right outside on 41... Customer service was great. Service was fast. Food cooked to corporate standards. Will be back and look forward to the quality level they hold their service standards and good quality too (first time back after Ian, refused to rate it then. I'll just say, excellent job now).
Amazing food and place is managed very well. Whoppers are always amazing and fresh. Breakfast is also hot and delicious. Best Burger King with 50 miles of Cape Coral. All burger kings in cape and ft myers. Are horribly managed. This location deserves a great rating! Keep it up!
Ordered 3 burger customized, all 3 wrong.
Called they said come back we'll replace.
Went back. They correctly made 2 of 3 and expected me to drive away.
Stated needed 3rd corrected. They asked me to pull are instead of holding up line.
Sat outside waiting with the 2 burgers getting cold for 10 minutes, and all fries at home getting cold .
Called them told them I was over waiting and wasting my money there and I left.
So my dinner is cold medium order of fries
First time to this location, and I ordered my usual burger that I've ordered multiple times at other locations. I always get extra lettuce, tomato and onion which have always cost me *nothing* extra, but this time my burger was almost $3 more than usual. When I asked why, the young order-taker had no idea why. A manager quickly explained that each location can charge different prices for add-ons. Lunch for my wife and I cost over $25 just for 2 burgers, 1 fry and 1 soda! Mighty expensive for this kind of fast food. We won't be going back to this location. And we just found out from a friend today that they had *exactly* the same experience at this location and won't go back here ever again. Maybe since it's such a touristy area they can get away with surprising single-visit, through-travelers with these unusual extra charges, but I think it's a bit slimy.

I had a coupon for a dbl. Cheeseburger with fries & a drink so I decided to try it today since I was very busy.
I got my order and had to laugh....the Cheeseburger was about the size of a MINI burger & I asked "is this the dbl. Cheeseburger & she replied yes...I was flabergasted....while eating my lunch I noticed NO ONE ELSE had such a SMALL burger & then I realized that this is what you get when you use a coupon...really, really disappointed that the customer isn't told this.
So much for my fast food dinning experience!!
Took them 10 minutes to make it with fries that aren’t fresh. The smallest burger I’ve ever had with the smallest paddy. Also charged me 13.34 for a different burger then I’ve ordered. I don’t see the items on the receipt in the burger. Scam of the life time
The manager I dealt with was PHENOMENAL. How ever Rebecca’s (I think that’s her name) (The one with a flag tattoo on the back of her neck) attitude and demeanor and the way she talks to people is going to cost you alot of business, I watched her degrade your kitchen staff and yell at them.. how she treats customers is beyond me on how y’all are still open, but the next time This woman slams down a milk shake at me and it splatters all over my clothes again! I will press charges, that woman is aggressive.
I’m vegetarian and when I order I specifically request no meat on my food. I get home with my family’s breakfast today sit down to eat and there is sausage on each of my burritos when I specifically requested no meat due to my diet. When I called in to let them know about the issue the manager says “oh the ones you ordered an hour ago?” I made 2 additional stops on the way home and just sat down to eat. I don’t appreciate being made to feel like a liar due to something they did wrong. This is not the first time I have had an issue with meat being put on my food when I specifically request no meat. I just really don’t understand how hard it is to leave the meat off when someone orders it that way. So frustrated and upset with this Burger King. Not sure if I will return. Went to the port Charlotte one yesterday and the service was amazing and my food was made correctly. Not sure why I keep having issues at north port
