Would recommend another location and/or restaurant. Waited for 5 minutes for the staff to even acknowledge we were at the counter. They were too busy chatting in back. The order arrived as ordered. Although the Whoopers were cold, nit even warm enough to melt the "cheese." The chicken nuggets were pitifully small. And aa has been BK's operating system, the play place is still not open. Bathroom (mens) doesn't appear to have been cleaned all day.
Came in at 3pm on a Sunday, was promptly greeted by staff. Wife and I ordered 2 medium Texas Double Whoppers, I ordered my burger with special requests, which where followed! Food was hot, delicious, and delivered to our table. Fries were a bit older but that's not an issue for me! Thanks again guys!
I've stopped here for food several times in the last year, and the food was fine. Not great but fine.
LAST time I went, however, I bought what I usually get, and within an hour or two started feeling terrible. I didn't eat anything else that day at all - just Burger King first thing in the morning.
Ended up being sick for TWO DAYS. Intestinal symptoms for two days straight. Lost two work days and had to use up PTO to still get laid for those days. Lost $350 worth of work time.
So guess what..... won't be going there again. Paid $12 for food that lost me $350 worth of work time.
NOT WORTH IT.
Ordered food for delivery and received someone else's order that was less than what I paid for. They only offered coupons for future orders and would not allow a refund. I will not order from here again and would not recommend it to a starving person.
If I could give a no star I would have. If you really want food made your way go to McDonald's. Burger King is Awful and warmed up food. Yuk old food under the lights. Why can't fast food understand re warming food is so dry, bread is hard...safe your money.
Terrible staff they all got a staring problem especially the indian or Mexican short lady and the dweeb azz cashier with the loose azz nike backpack the only good thing here is the chefs i hope the find a better place to work
2/15/24 waited in line just for them to tell me they don't take 100$ bills put up a sign or warn customers before they order do BETTER!!!!!
I come here often but for the past 45 visits the food hasn't been as fresh as it used to be and the customer service is declining. I will still go here in hopes that it will improve.
