I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers that's all and I get home and got 2 dry cheese burgers with no sauces?? I didn't change anything wth burger queen!!!
This is an older store and looks a bit dated. The slightly older lady in drive through, I can not remember her name, was very nice and super friendly. The items I ordered were very hot and fresh. Overall I was pleasantly surprised.
Food is good and served promptly. Great coupon program and if you participate you get some great deals. Nice variety of chicken and burgers with lots of options. Friendly, helpful servers. Find a well managed store and you won't be sorry. My regular go to when I'm too tired to cook.
Today 4/22/24 @ 5:21pm I went to this location for dinner. I ordered 2 double whoppers no cheese. Fresh off the broiler, my receipt did not indicate my request. I watched them make our sandwiches and I saw that they put the burgers on the buns I knew they were not FOB so I said I wanted them FOB and she said ok. They took the burgers off the buns and put them on the broiler and they were burnt as he'll. I also ordered a medium French fry and two medium drinks the drinks were watered down. It was the worst dinner! We spent $25.65. ???? We will never go there again!!!
Welcome to Burger King on Alameda and Buckley. Here you will enjoy watered down drinks with extra extra ice. If that doesn't excite you, maybe the dried up precooked frozen beef patties they thaw on a pseudo flame broiler will. Order accuracy is never our priority. Don't bother calling us, because we don't believe in customer service.
Halvsies, serving with half onion rings and half french fries are great! Whopper junior is a nice size sandwich and chicken wrap is filling and tasty.

Nasty food! I got a whopper Jr and it looked torn apart..no lettuce...cold and hard as a brick! Nasty! And when I called to talk to the manager ..he was absolutely rude and arguing with me! I'm done eating there. And I suggest you don't eat there either. Gave me a stomach ache immediately!
