I would give them no STARS if I couldThis was on 4/21/2024 at about 1400 I ordered two double cheeseburgers, which took over 25 minutes I ordered the food and there was nobody there to make it stood there waiting for somebody to come back to make it, and then when they made it and put it in the holder, the girl walked away and didn’t come back for another 10 minutes on top of one of the cheeseburgers. Hamburger bun had mold on it. Beware and watch????️????️ your food here.
I was having a bad day, but the girl with black hair was friendly and kind. She smiled and took my order. It came out quick and she handed me the bag instead of just leaving it on the counter. I needed that simple human interaction. It made my day!
What can i say...i love BK. I use the app regularly.
The owner of this location is a cheapa$$. Won't take app orders or take a coupon code. Out of prinicple, went across the street and spent 10 more dollars on real meal.
Owner is losing money for not contributing to usage of the app.
The main reason that I am writing this review is because of the cook that was on shift on 2/11/2024 at 5:45 PM, ticket no.: 710.
I say right in front of the counter. Cook followed all hygiene rules, performed his job, and got our food out quick. Customer services needs to be worked on by the white female running the counter.
Standing for over 20 minutes without explanation waiting for a double Whopper while the tattooed swine who took my order just smiled at me completely stoned. Received a refund without as much as a 'have a nice day.' Horrible franchise.
Stop for breakfast this morning. The young lady at cashier. Was so nice and very professional a breath of fresh air.
I ordered a order with my mom and this guy named Nicholas He messed up my order and on top of that, when another customer arrived to ask for his order, he shouted profanities while grabbing his gloves. They should fire him. 18/04/2024
