Came through the drive through today and I ordered a large onion ring and junior whopper. It made my day! The food was tasty and hot/fresh. And they got the food out to my car in less than three min. Andddd the two workers at the window were so kind greeted me with a warm smile and said have a wonderful day. It’s hard to get good customer service nowadays, but you guys set the bar high, and reminded me of what good customer service was like back in the day! Thank you Burger King for making my dinner amazing ????
A chicken sandwich should not be wet and slippery yet burnt. To be ok serving this visually appalling food knowing I'm dining in speaks volumes. My condolences to those that order from the drive thru, worst yet, a delivery service.
It looks like this was a Bob Furman owned restaurant. He passed away in 2023. Apparently, this has caused a vacuum in oversight. Some of the employees purposely drive away customers in order to decrease their workload. We were behind a car that was waiting 5 minutes by the speaker and still had not ordered. This was with very few other customers. I worked fast foot and was a server for years, this is sheer laziness. Employees that drive customers away with their laziness and rudeness should feel ashamed of themselves.
Ordered delivery and these visibly burnt mozzarella sticks were sent out to me. This was deliberate and I have to question the safety of any food prepared here by the current staff.
Always loved burger King as a kid and I still do ???? and it's amazing to receive my onion rings and find a onion ring shape like a number 8????????
My whopper Jr was fresh and hot. My husband says his whopper was heavy all as requested but was cold. Cashier was friendly.
Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one answered. Drove to the window and the guy says” what did you order with an attitude. Burger was so overcooked it was ridiculous. This place is a joke
The people that works there are so rude and ghetto.. there don't care for the costumer, they're arguing between them and customers... The Spanish looking short girl with the black hair is so Rude and ghetto same with the Spanish skinny dude.. they're are discussing some guy in the back coughing while making food.. I. Will never come back to this place.. they should be ALL FIRE..
