I usually don’t complain or write reviews, but the whole experience was very off putting. First of all I can’t believe I spent $2.00 on these fries, not only overpriced, but these obviously previously frozen fries don’t taste cooked all of the way. My drink which was also $2.00 was a barely cold/flat diet coke had maybe 5 ice cubes in it. Before I left I asked for a single ranch, which I was charged .32 cents for, and the kid at the window didn’t even give me my change, I had to ask for it. He also didn’t have much of a personality. Definitely don’t plan on returning to this location.
Wow wow wow. Unfortunately our BKs on Hull Street are trash and have been for years. We love BK we plan on our trips to the beach to stop on 460 and hit the one out towards Suffolk. This one in Westchester was our first time. We are so glad we did. Our food was hot, tasty and fast. Mrs Terri behind the counter is FANTASTIC. When she delivered our food with a smile my nephew said "how did you make it so fast". She asked can I show him. He was thrilled we were thrilled you could tell she was a proud and confident employee who genuinely loved her job and kids. The house in the back we're so thrilled to answer my kids questions. He talked about it all night long. We are so glad we now have a whopper stop somewhat locally. Traveling there would be a pleasure to get food and service like that. Kudos. YOU RULE!
Very smokey today when you walk in the door. It was like you're walking into fog. I think the exhaust in the kitchen is not ventilating properly. I think that should be checked on.
Aside from that, the whopper was good and fries were hot. This is the only BK we come to!
This location is always 'closed' before hours say they are. Certain cookers are 'down' or whatever the case may be. What is a burger king that can't provide a whopper.
Don't go to this location during dinner hours. I could not even complete my order due to the cashier playing games while taking my order. The mourning staff is much better in taking orders.
Ordered the family bundle for dinner for three people but only received two burgers that were cold and on stale bread. Said no onions but each burger was loaded with onion. The tea tasted rancid as if it had been sitting out for days, ended up throwing the entire meal in the garbage
This place needs a lot of help!! The drive thru cashier's are awful ????. They sound like they are taking your order from bed and to make matters worse, they food was very cold and the Jr whopper was the size of a kids burger. The kids burgers ???? must be the size of a slider. I will never visit this location again!
Ordered the bacon and Swiss chicken meal large small fries and no bacon or Swiss on my sandwich this is ridiculous it wasn’t busy or anything if you can’t read don’t work at a restaurant fast food or not
