We stopped in to try the new wraps Burger King has just introduced. Service was good I don't mind you taking time if you're going to give me warm food. Food tasted good it's a convenient little snack especially if you're on the go.
Food was hot which was a plus but sheesh the person at the window didn't say a single word. Didn't say my total, say hello or thanks or anything even after I said hello and thank you. Had to check my receipt just to make sure I paid the right amount.
Not sure why I bothered to order my food my way. Every single special order request was totally ignored. I asked for a whopper with cheese no onion heavy pickle, got a whopper with cheese no pickles and it had onion. I asked for double whopper with cheese heavy all, got a double whopper with cheese no pickle and every thing else was normal, not heavy. Asked for a bk fish heavy tartar, nope average tartar. Asked for 2 bk original chicken sandwiches no mayo, both had mayo. Asked for 20 nuggets with ranch sauce. There was no sauce in the bag and had to ask for it again, he handed me three. Just saying, if you can't fill an order when there are 2 customers you shouldn't even bother to open.
I would give them 0 stars if I could honestly. Every time I go: food is always cold, barely cooked @ all, missing items. Sad this is the closest Burger King around ???? This was what I ordered for my toddler. Seriously disgusting
Horrible service,took every bit of 10-15 minutes to wait for our food,had to wait and additional 5 minutes to get our drinks.Its a very tight area to drive im anxious to turn without scratching my car.
Service was a little slow. Hamburger was not as good as it was before. Price was too high for what I got.
One of the slower drive thrus, but the quality of the food makes the wait acceptable.
DISGUSTING. Normally get drive thru but went in there for the first time this week. Water was dripping from the ceiling into a container right by the registers. Flies were flying everywhere. Tables were dirty even though restaurant was empty. Table, decor and tvs look like they have never been replaced. Very run down and outdated. After seeing what the inside looks like, will never visit this location again. Not sure if or how they passed inspection.
