This iteration of Burger King held a surprise for us. The staff was very good. Perhaps the noontime help are very happy to be there or there is a different reason. Either way, they were delightful. The food was standard fare and no one would claim the decor is special. But we enjoyed the help and that is cool at a BK restaurant.
This is my favorite Burger King and I love coming here. Food is always great and fresh. I had an amazing experience the other night and I wish I would’ve gotten the lady’s name. She was so great and helpful. Excellent service and excellent food. Thank you!
KaeLyn is such an amazing person. She was so kind and amiable and also cheerful. Got the double whopper with cheese and it was better than a Red Robin Burgers and about the same price except the fries aren't unlimited????. The fries were hot. The food was fast and the service was excellent! Thanks KaeLyn!
The associates was wearing dirty grease clothes. Which you are working with and serving food. Should be cleaner. I asked for half cut sweet tea was told this is not possible.

Ordered impossible burger, they added Bacon to it. We asked for another one without bacon, she said pick it off, or throw in garbage. Charged $26 for meal, and she REFUSED for 1 hour to give burger or refund. Insane lady. Then police arrived and forced her to make a burger
45 minutes to order and eat. Only 3rd person in line. Cashier did his best, but needed more help!
Sat at window to pay for 10 minutes zero communication why have a pay window and a pickup window when you have 2 people controlling the whole place seems counterintuitive. I'll stop at McDonalds from now on
