Fast service. Nice and clean restaurant. Quite small as they share location (and toilets) with a gas station. Very attentive staff. They delivered to the table and went by several times and asked if everything was OK or we needed something. The food was not to great. I have had better (and hotter) fries elsewhere and the Whopper could have been a little bit hotter and again I have had better Whoppers elsewhere.
If I could give less than one star I would. These people constantly make ordering and getting my food so painful. Their “managers” don’t know how to do their jobs. If you are out of something you need to make that known to the people that order online. And don’t get an attitude with me because you can’t do your job right. I shouldn’t have to wait thirty minutes for a cheeseburger.
Hard mozz sticks. They take less than 3mins to cook no reason should anyone ever get cold hard mozz sticks .fries old and cold. And also it didn't look like large fries. The whopper old . Bad experience. Poor service . Never ever again .
I went to grab some dinner and the service was quick ordering wise, but I did have to park and wait for the food. Which was fine until I realized a lot of time was passing. I come from customer service and the empathy they had for not getting it to me was everything. They felt bad…and they even added two pies. The way you make up for a mistake, makes the experience a positive one because things happen! Thank you all!
Went through drive-thru... got screwed in the drive through. Went inside to get hot food to replace the barely room temp food we got. Manager was quick to fix our order and provided some extras to make up for our inconvenience.
I not crazy about fast foods ,but all us visit them sometimes in a pinch . The one thing that I judge ,like everone does is cleanliness and freshness... This place had both ! !
Fast food restaurants face many challenges these days but I think the BK on Route 360 in Central Garage has overcome them and, from my limited experience, has provided outstanding customer service. I stopped in around 12:30 PM on 9/17/22 and the woman behind the counter greeted me before I got through the door. When I ordered a Whopper and small drink, she suggested a "senior" drink, which I certainly qualified for. I was sitting at a table checking my messages when the same woman brought my food to me. Exceptional service. The only lack of service came from corporate. I attempted several times to fill out a survey but the system wouldn't accept it.
They did a good job today. Normally when not busy they mess up your order. Was busy today and everything was perfect. This place has been turning for the better lately. What ever you all doing there, keep up the good work.
Update: Still good.
