Hate to add to an already horrendous stack of reviews. But this location should just close down honestly.
Very long wait for food, clearly no management anywhere, staff that is blatantly rude to your face and cussing at each other. As if it couldn’t get worse, it’s dirty behind the counter with stuff all over the floor. And when you DO get your food. Seems to be about an 80% chance that it’s wrong, despite repeating specifications to them. I know Burger King probably doesn’t pay much, and therefore isn’t exactly reaching the top level of talent. But I’ve personally encountered a few toddlers that I feel could have given better service than I received here.
Not worth it. Don’t go. If you do, don’t say you were thoroughly warned.
I gave my son my credit card to buy some food and I watched him. The employee had asked my son how many pieces of chicken he wants. My son didn’t understand his mumbling and asked two times politely to repeat. But during the second repetition, the employee said it a bit louder and angrier that my son said scared and made him a little nervous. Lastly, once my son received his food and walked away, the same employee proceeded to bang his head on the counter and say “I hate this job.” I usually have a high tolerance for people and I understand hating a low-paying job, but there was absolutely no need to shout at a kid for not being able to understand something. Ridiculous, seriously.
Very nice resteraunt. We stopped over the holidays. Only 1 staff member was working, so a little wait, but there was nothing wrong with the order and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and the food was hot and made correctly.

This place is horrible in every way, food, customer service, wait time (about 20 mins), and when I told the employee behind the counter that I have been waiting long for my food the employee answered with an attitude "I know, he is making your food" and turned away. The only thing that tasted good were the drinks. I can't recommend any of the food served there. This was on a Sunday 02/18/23 at 5:14pm.
they stand around making jokes and laughing while people are waiting to order. They also got my order wrong and it took 10 minutes. They were very unprofessional.
Manager got a suspected minors phone number while many people were waiting in line. Waited 25 minutes for one burger.
Very unprofessional ppl and very rude waiting 30 for nuggets and fries smh never again
Staff was miserable. Saw one on her phone while making burgers and another eating fries straight from where they are kept before served. Waited 15-20 minutes for my order. Next day rolls around and I have food poisoning...big suprise. Based on other reviews I'm shocked this place is still open.
