Disgusting. Pulled up this morning for my PU order,waited about 20 mins n there's no line or any cars, just to get cold food!! Nothing was cooked right, or they gave us left overs or something. This place is just all bad. Avoid it if u can.
I can see why the other ones are closing.
They burnt all of the chicken on our order. Hooray.
EDIT: I made the mistake of going back. They somehow ran out of chicken nuggets and had to use grocery store nuggets in the middle of my order, I guess?
Went through the drive through ordered rodeo burger and chicken nuggets kids meal. We waited and waited. 15 minutes later we received our cold food. The nuggets were disgusting and cold. Not even warm but literally cold. My burger however was warmish. I bet we were waiting on the onion rings. But they don't take 15 min. The fries were cold and dry. They may have been short people too. However give me hot food if I'm sitting there for 15 minutes! I work in fast food usually and I like to serve hot food arriving at roughly the same time. Don't let them fries sit out while waiting for the burger or onion rings. Come on. Jeeeez
Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order. Food was ice cold by the time I got it and the drinks all watered down. Furthermore, felt sick after eating the food. Staff weren't that friendly after addressing the concerns to them. I was told they only had 1 person cooking which was understandable but lost out of 5-6 cars worth of business as they drove away.
I would never go to that Burger King ever again. When I went through the drive through, they said they would be right with me. 15 minutes later. I told him what I wanted. The only thing they got right was my Burger. And the person in the window looked like he was stoned. So anybody out there that likes to go to this Burger King? I recommend not even going there. That place should be shut down.
Broiler was down when we ordered the $22 family deal 2 whoppers. 3 original chicken sandwiches & 2 8 piece chicken nuggies. We asked for 2 extra chicken sandwiches since the broiler was down, and they obliged. Great price for this meal deal!
I drove to the drive safe, the employee was disrespectful when taking my order. When I drove to the window to pay he refused to accept my payment or service me and came out the front door yelling at me in front of other customers. This is the Worst customer service I have receive in my life.
Nice fairly new BK. Nice modern clean decor. Playland available as well if you have small kids. However I didn't like the graphic menu board - it's hard to read/refer to when it's changing every 3 seconds.
