There were only 4 customers inside, and no one at the drive thru. I order d - watched the lady put prepare
my breakfast sandwich ingredients WITHOUT wearing gloves. She noticed me watching, then got gloves on while the microwave was heating my food. My hashbrownds were barely warm. I went up to ask for different ones, and they saw me standing there but we're too busy singing to ask me what I needed. This place sucks. And it's a shame. People do not care anymore. Woodburn is the absolute WORST for service anywhere. And I will never ever be back to this restaurant again. I should have listened to my family and friends about this place. And went to McDonald's instead.
If I could destroy this place with a military tank I would do it faster than you can say stale buns. This place is an absolute crime against humanity. Overpriced subpar food coupled with rude moronic staff makes for a unique dining experience. Come for indifference, stay for the tire change you will be doing in the parking lot after driving through the drive thru lane. About every 6 months I start to forget how much this place sucks and I stop in for a whopper and every single time it's even worse and more expensive than before. Burnt fries, cold food, stale buns, no napkins, rude stares, being asked to pull around and wait for one item when there is not a soul in the parking lot or drive thru. The hate I have for this location keeps me up at night. If there were a bill allowing for domestic drone strikes I would vote for it hoping this place was on the list.
The place seemed clean but cluttered with an odd assortment of elephants. I understand they may be cultural, but I like clean counters when food is involved.
I am writing this in hopes some executive at Burger King will see it. I am old, so I remember when Burger King had good food. The decline over the past decades has been palpable, to say the least and I quit eating there years ago. Last night I decided to give it one more chance. I want to preface this by saying the service at this location was accurate, very friendly, and fast and they are doing a great job. But the food sucks. This particular location is not why Burger King sucks. Corporate is. They have clearly been cutting corners over the years to where the food is a far cry from the flame broiled burgers I enjoyed as a kid, the food is now just hot garbage. I saw an article a while back that BK is planning to dump millions into remodeling stores and changing their advertising. They should be dumping millions into improving food quality and paying customer facing employees better. If BK goes under people will say it's because of this or that, but it's because of the food itself.
Service was good,food was good for the price. Nothing to write home about. I image a burger on the menu that runs $9.00 would be better.
Drive thru worker was so rude. She cut my husband off while he was trying to order my food. Didint even ask if he wanted anything else she just said the total and cut the conversation off.

Upon my initial order, I had to repeat several times ( like 4 times) each time she would repeat it there was a correction needed which was why I tried to confirm the order with Paula at the window. She was very judgy, attitude, annoyed put out and rude. She thinks good for her job. When she handed me the first drink I asked is this sprite zero and she looked at me like I don't know? And then I said I'm only asking because there seemed to be some confusion on the drinks and she says very rudely, "I didn't take your order, she did" and pointed to the older Hispanic lady. Then she spoke to her in spanish and continues to hand me the drink by saying here! It's right! Then the the next drink she goes to hand me and I ask is this diet root beer and and she says it's diet coke and I say oh it's supposed to be diet root beer and she walks away very annoyed and abruptly hands me the right one. I then ask if I could please have the receipt and she said I gave it to you with your money with all kinds of attitude and "I say oh you're right". The only reason I missed it was because right after she handed me my money she was immediately handing me our food so I was hustling because again she was obviously put out to have to be waiting on me. I asked, what her name was. As I looked at her name tag I said "Paula is it?" And then the first smile of the night she says yes. She then says with the smile still on her face, thank you have a good night ????
Worst burger king in the world the bread was super stale. Very very bad do not go to this location. Seems it's owned by a person and they don't care about there food. I couldn't eat it seems like everything is expired. Also who charges 0.25 for sauce typical cheap owner. Won't ever buy burger King here. Stay away
