The food is more than satisfactory and the drive through wait time is never too long. The problem is with the managers. The female manager is very polite and friendly and seeks satisfy the customer. The male manager, however, always seems to be rushed and has an attitude. It's gotten to the point where he TRIES to charge me for condiments whereas no one else from BK anywhere has ever done that. I felt so upset that I will only go there when he's not there. Ridiculous behavior for a manager.
This is the absolute worst Burger King. Food is rarely correct. Always wait forever. When there is an issue, instead of being customer centric and helpful; they argue with you! You’re right there with the food and the receipt but they still have the guts to argue with the customer. Jerks. Not once…multiple times!!! I will always go to the other Mundelein Burger King on Midlothian Road. So much better service!
If someone says don't put something on the food, don't put that thing on the food. Check what you're doing. It's fairly easy to do.
How hard does it have to be when you’re the only people in line and you ask them for hot sauce, they ask you how many them never put it in the bag? I mean is your job really that hard you can’t remember one god damn thing?!
Consistent and good. Always clean and orders are always correct. This can't be said for most places but this location is it

The guy at the window today at noon was amazing. Let me have time making up my mind on an order, then asked if I wanted any additional toppings. He was very friendly. Quick service. Food was fresh and hot. Great job!
I have visited this burger king multiple times. Good place for a quick meal after a day at work.
