I go here for bathroom breaks when working in the area and I can’t complain lol. The drive-thru never seems to be too busy for me to get in. The facility is fairly clean as well.
There was not a single clean tables in the restaurant. Floor was filthy. A team member made fun of another team member because he had to take out the trash, told him he should get a raise for having to do that. Mind you he only emptied on garbage can not all of them which were all full. They stood around talking with no customers to serve but could not seem fit to clean up! If the eating area was that bad I am overly concerned about the food area.
Stopped for a late night dinner on our road trip, and the staff member who took our food order was super nice and our food was ready and FRESH super fast. Wish this Burger King was our local one. Hope the manager is keeping the staff happy, they are keepers.
Gross place. Tossed my food after I saw the bathroom and the guy at the drive through. Absolutely filthy. Never seen anything like it, especially at a restaurant. Camping toilets are cleaner.
Food was good, service was slow. They are hiring and appear to be understaffed. I saw no hair nets or gloves.....????
Food order is never right and forbid you ask for any dipping sauce at the drive through. Check your order at the window before you pull out, then you get the dipping sauce. There is one crew that is very polite, but I rarely see them.
Was here the other week and it tasted like ALL Burger Kings USED to taste, and I told one of the workers that. I wish they could teach the one in Emmaus how to cook because this was really good and tasty, unlike that one.
Pretty convenient to the highway, but not clean. Restroom was dirty, condiments and drinks counter was filthy, and no, restaurant was not busy. Four patrons in dining room and two in drive-through. Come on folks, take some pride in your work.
