While most of the people are nice, the wait time is usually pretty horrendous. I can ignore the wait, understanding it gets busy. but it’s super upsetting to get home and find out all of your food is messed up after waiting 30+ minutes. The sweet tea always tastes rotten also, makes me wonder how old the tea is and how well or often they clean the container.
This location should be ashamed. This is not a good representation of Burger King. I have never been to a location with such poor customer service and work ethic. There needs to be a change in management asap! The drive through is always long, inside the manager and workers are not attentive or polite. I waited for 20 minutes for chicken wraps, my fries were old and had onion rings in it. The store was dirty especially behind the counter. Burger King needs to make this right. There needs to be order at this location especially in the evenings this is unacceptable! Especially for patrons spending their hard earned money! Please get it together!
2 people at 0845 on a Tuesday morning.... Ordered and paid for food in advanced. All 3 sandwiches ordered were wrong.
Half the time, your food is super fresh because they don't have ANYTHING made, and it ends up taking them 30+ minutes to give you your order. Even if you place your order online. The other half of the time, it's a little bit quicker, but the food is cold. Can't seem to win. I wish I could chalk it up to being understaffed alone, but this seems to be an ongoing trend at this location.
They mix up orders sometimes. They have a good staff. Food is good. The kids meals are fun.
LOBBY DOES NOT OPEN UNTILL 8 AM!!!!
Love the place..... Management is great...Some of the workers need a Attitude Adjustment tho...
Food was fine. Fast food at its finest. Service friendly and prompt. Atmosphere was lacking lustre though
Waited 20 minutes for my order . My order was wrong. Food was cold. Food tasted bad. My pets couldn't even eat it that's how bad it is.
