I love the old design of this restaurant, it takes me back 40 years ago and I wasn't even alive then. The ambient lighting color is the same as the Hospital Emergency Waiting Room which I dig. It has good Wi-Fi and clean restrooms. When the nearby flea market isn't open this store is usually quiet, but sometimes cool people (bums who threaten to kill you) will come hang out here. The only thing I don't like is most times the self-serve soda fountain is down. I hope this store never gets renovated because it's perfect as it is.
would give 0 stars if i could. ordered through the mobile app, came to the store and the two obese workers start arguing with us and the manager who swore he ate was yelling at my dad and being extremely disrespectful for being upset for waiting 40 minutes waiting in line AND then told to go to the front. we sat there for 20 minutes and still no food. overall waited over an hour and a half. took ages to make our food and then they tell us that this store didn’t have soda and wasn’t willing to give us our food. at first they told us they had diet soda and then now they only have water. we got no soda and this store is the worst. terrible experience and terrible customer service. workers should hit the gym instead of working customer service ????
Ordered a whopper. Asked for no cheese, mayonnaise or ketchup. I received no onion, and I really like the taste of onion on a burger, and a sandwich with paper full of salt and pepper. It was inedible it was so salty. I have never experienced this at any Burger King before where the burger was seasoned with extra salt and pepper!
They're always really nice there. We have a big family with big orders and they handle it well every time. food is hot too, no stale stuff, and prices are good, they have good deals! THANK YOU.
I just witnessed a manager and an employee threaten to shoot each other in the face. After waiting and witnessing this for 10 minutes I asked for my money back. Oh I got it 5 minutes later. I'm a combat veteran and I have never felt like this anywhere on this planet ever. I witnessed some stupid stuff before but this was absolutely ridiculous. I should have called the police and sued Burger King.
Inside playground was closed due to celling fallen very hazardous I'm sure mold is starting to grow on the inside of insulation and drywall in the play area very dangerous that is probably why they have it closed off there was a new guy working at the counter that didn't know but I'm sure he was new the manager should have trained him better. The food was horrible I got cold ham egg and cheese on a croissant could not even eat it I threw it away... ( Sign on the door said drive thru only) but my 4 yrs old had to use the bathroom
I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with 1 extra patty on each (no bun), and was charged for 2 triple cheeseburgers (totally fine and makes sense)… wrong! I paid for 6 patties and only received 3, but when I let them know that my order should have had 6 patties because that’s what I ordered and paid for, I was told that I had to pay for an additional order! Why? My receipt already reflects what I ordered so why am I being charged the same amount of money again? They didn’t understand why I was upset for being ripped off and clearly didn’t follow instructions. Won’t be returning, that simple.
The drive thru is a nightmare. It took over 5 minutes for someone to talk to me and i was the only one there. It is certainly not "fast food".
The food is very average as far as burger king goes.
However, nobody ever goes here so you'll always have front row parking if you so desire.
