The workers were kind so this is not a review of customer service in that regard, but every time I come to this location, even if it's in the middle of the dinner red zone (5pm-8pm) they will tell you their milkshake machine is down. Every time. Why wouldn't you have your only dessert machine operational for your dinner rush? Thats absurd to me. I would understand if it was just once, but its every time. Come on guys you are supposed to be better than McDonald's.
Best BK around. Food is hot and fresh and they are friendly and professional. I don't know what changed specifically but it is a great experience now. We avoid the one on Washington rd as they clearly hate their jobs. It's worth going a few extra miles to come here.
Went to the drive through and the guy didn’t say one word to me. Took my card and gave it back handed me my food and I left. Not a thank you. Didn’t tell me my total. Nothing. Then I get my whopper and it’s not at all what I wanted. The thing looks like someone threw it on the ground and wrapped it up. Also, Im aware your understaffed but if you can’t properly service your employees then close your doors.
No dine in service or carry out, only drive thru which is always backed up. Staff is unprofessional. Smoking and enjoying breaks while customers stay stuck literally in the drive thru for 30 minutes or more. They're also perfectly fine giving you ill prepared old food or the order is wrong. Still waiting for the manager to return my call and today makes 2 weeks.
I'm not sure what's going on with this Burger King, but the three times I have stopped here over the last 2 years, there has been an extensive wait each time, and this time they gave me the wrong food in the drive thru. They fixed it without issue when I went back in, but they are having some serious and ongoing staffing issues or something.
The drive-through is a horror show. Once you’re in line you cannot get out if you change your mind if there was an emergency you’d be stuck in the line. Also, there’s no awning above the window for inclement weather and they are so slow.
Slowest BK in Georgia. Only come here if you have hours to waste. Drive through us always backed up with no movement and good luck eating inside.
If you can get past the dirty floor, molded ceiling tiles, duct taped booths, bothched paint job, then the food is okay. The people were working were def in no hurry, there were several breakfast sandwiches just sitting under the heat lamp and we were the only ones in the store, so I suggest you order something unique to avoid the old food.
