Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. And I've had some bad ones. To keep it simple, I was there for 45 minutes. I went inside for take out for the record.
First, I ran into a lady I knew who was furious over her order and service, whom went through the driver through and received the wrong/poor quality order. Taking her food back to be corrected.
Second, the minute I walk in, I see every customer before me returning their meals that were wrong/not made correctly.
Third, was a bunch of kids, sloppy uniforms, joking around, talking about anything but work, and as soon as something was wrong, blamed each other like it was a joke. The girl at the register asked if I wanted to round up my change to donate to some donation drive... she couldnt remember what it was called ????
Fourth, I took my food out to my vehicle, checked it over and it was wrong, as I thought it would be.
Fifth, I took it back in and waited again to be helped. Yet again, staff was playing around, joking whos fault it was. So then I asked who the manager was, because I started to heat up. 5:30pm and she is in the back room, did not see her the ENITRE time I was there. I explained the issue with my order and she was cordial at first, proceeded to remake the entire order herself. Major problem here is the caveat. She had to tell her line cook to calm down because of my complaint and mentioning all the other customer complaints. From there, RED HOT.
Sixth, I get home and my food is undercooked. Burgers, fries chicken. And the 2nd replacement was made by the manager. Dont go here unless you want to be sick or mad.
Seventh, I get home and realize my food is undercooked, after 40$ and an hour plus of my time, I call the store to explain my experience. I got about 30 seconds in to my experience and I began to get talked over, "oh its new staff, oh they just started for summer break". Wait a minute.. I didnt see you for 45 minutes and you are not on the front lines with rookies in a friday night rush hour?????? Couldnt get that through to her, so I said I'm calling corporate and
I will be taking this up the ladder, and probably further than district or even regional, for the fact that how can you place someone in charge of a facility that needs first to conform to health/food safety regulations, second that argues with a customer thats dissatisfied.

This was a very clean BK. Our good was so fresh that it was almost too hot to eat. Very good. The young lady who took our order was very friendly as well. It was overall a great visit.
Stood in there waiting for service. It was practically empty and no onewas at the drive thru. Manager and other worker refused to even look at me or acknowledge me in anyway for an extended period of time. I intended to buy my kids treats and let them play in the play area. But after waiting and waiting (just to make sure I'm not making it up in my head) it was clear that poor/no service is an acceptable standard. Not even a "be right with you." Absolute jokers.
I work late hours as a healthcare worker, and Burger King in Roscoe is always my go to for dinner for my fiancée and I. Every night we tend to go we have this wonderful lady help us at the drive through and it always makes the experience so pleasant. I’ve worked food service industry before so I know how tedious it can get when a customer comes before close and yet this women is always so positive and nice. Nowadays it’s hard to have a nice interaction at a fast food place and yet she always makes the visit fast and personal. I wish I knew her name to give her a proper thank you for the service. Always recommending the newest items that never fail to disappoint and always a toy for my child’s kids menu meal, which many places have started to forget, I’ve never had a bad experience here ever. <3 thank you Roscoe staff.
In the past year I have ordered here an insane amount of times. The staff is great and I haven't had a messed up order yet which is crazy.
It's not letting me recommend the bacon and swiss chicken sandwich. Little expensive but damn it's so good.
I've sat in the door dash quick pick up line for almost 20 minutes and not one person has said one thing to me even after I asked so I canceled the dash and left sorry to the costumer that didn't get there food do to the customer service of this BK. McDonald's is just as slow across the street but at least they talk to you. I added five because h at leastsmiles
Great, prompt service. Nice, well maintained play area for children. They have a small enclosed area that I believe you can also reserve to host events.
Great burger king, very quick service even though I ordered 8 burgers. I ordered mayo on all of them as well and they didn't just blindly slap it on each one so it's spilling out the side. This is one of the better fast food restaurants for sure.
