The food is made fresh and hot at least what I have tasted at Burger King. The service coming from the people is great ???????? The dining area is well put together. And I like that there are 2 food options because of the location it's in.
Food is sometimes hot, usually on time, Lily (the assistant manager) is extremely nice and helped me with an order that was screwed up in the Burger King app. Convenient location, but lots of dirty tables and always a homeless dude at the door
I don’t know what kind of manager is running this place but it’s horrible they have so many workers and somehow the lobby is always dirty and the food always takes long especially if it’s a delivery order. In the night time they got 1 little old lady making sandwiches by herself any time there is a rush she can’t handle it. They need to diversify their staff and hire some hard working people not only Indians
4 stars for now only because they let these homeless bums stand in the front opening the door for people. I come here about 3-4 times a week and it's so annoying having these bums open the door for me. That is the easiest thing to do in this world and they act like people are disabled and can't open their own doors and if this continues, I will lower my 4 stars to a 1 star. It doesn't hurt to tell them to stay away from the entrance and once this is resolved I'll change my rating back to 5 stars
Small BK in Fordham section of the bronx offering the long time favorites from whoppers to Crowns ???? fit for a king ofcourse recyclable for those of you trying to save the world ???? lol but overall a solid location for breakfast and lunch for fast food. Customer service is prompt and polite just not a fan of some undesirable individuals at the BK but hey these things happen its nyc after all ya never know.
Some mean customers. Lots of homeless people. Servers don't want to serve people even though they got payed. It's a mess around that area.
The reason this is getting two stars now from four, is that instead of getting faster with the kiosk machines to order. Now is gotten slower, and food is taken a minute now to be served. Some employees got attitudes, you have to check your bags make sure you have everything you ordered. SMH.
This is where I go when I bring my two sons over there when they spend the weekend with me I got them when they're like they're burgers and they taste great and
